Great value for 1-2 travelers

My sister and I stayed her for 5 days in the midst of a European backpacking trip and had a great time. The price you pay for what you get and what location you’re in is a great value. The only issue we had was that the listing online said there would be wifi which ended up not being true so we weren’t able to really use our phones as we had international esims that we had to make last. Also the oven and water heater didn’t work but we just cooked and boiled water on the stovetop. Overall we had a fantastic time and the host was very responsive and friendly.

Hervorrangend. Wir waren fĂŒr eine Woche in Nizza zur Tour de France 2024. Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Der Vermieter war zur Anreise vor Ort und hat uns auch tolle Tipps mitgeteilt. Check in/Checkout total unkompliziert. Das Appartment ist sehr schön und sehr sauber, man fĂŒhlt sich gleich wohl.5 min zum Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Tram alles um die Ecke. :-)

Gute Zeit in Nizza

Gute, saubere Wohnung fĂŒr 2 Personen. Es gibt alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist sehr gut, GeschĂ€fte, BĂ€ckerei, Haltestellen sind in der NĂ€he, es gibt kostenlose ParkplĂ€tze 5 Min. in der NĂ€he. 5 Minuten zum Meer. Freundliche Gastgeber. Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit. Danke.Polina

Petite semaine Ă  Nice

Logement propre avec le nĂ©cessaire en Ă©quipement pour y passer une semaine ! Conforme Ă  l’annonce. A 10 petites minutes de la plage et Ă  20 minutes de l’hypercentre, l’appartement de Gilles et top niveau qualitĂ© prix. Petit point nĂ©gatif sur le lit un peu mou et qui se plis quant on dort Ă  deux mais pas gĂȘnant pour une semaine.

Studio correspondant aux photos, bien situĂ©, proche des transports, Ă©quipĂ© du strict minimum. Un kit de produits d'entretien essentiels aurait Ă©tĂ© apprĂ©ciĂ© voire nĂ©cessaire( Éponge neuve, sac poubelle, liquide vaisselle, produit de nettoyage..). A noter, trĂšs bruyant dĂšs que les fenĂȘtres sont ouvertes (circulationsur le boulevard et jardin juste en dessous des fenĂȘtres). HĂŽte cependant trĂšs accueillant, agrĂ©able et chaleureux.

L’accueil du propriĂ©taire de l’appartement Ă©tait parfaite. Il nous a conseillĂ© les choses Ă  faire sur place : les restaurants, les plages, les endroits Ă  visiter aux alentours. L’appartement est bien situĂ© car il est Ă  5 min Ă  pied des transports en commun et de la plage. Il y’a des snacks et des supermarchĂ©s Ă  moins de 10 min Ă  pied de l’appartement. J’ai passĂ© un super sĂ©jour.

Super sympa !

Le logement est conforme aux photos. SituĂ© Ă  5min de l'arrĂȘt de tram qui nous permet d'aller au centre ville, Ă  l'aĂ©roport, et Ă  peine plus loin la promenade des anglais ! Il y a 2 supermarchĂ©s juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ©, des fast food, restaurants, enfin bref tout est disponible Ă  pied ! Le propriĂ©taire est top, prĂšs Ă  rĂ©pondre Ă  toutes demandes. Un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour Ă  Nice avec le soleil 🙂

Die Ausstattung und die Lage der Wohnung entsprachen der Anzeige. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Vermieter war gut organisiert und hat wesentliche Informationen zum Ort erzĂ€hlt (z. B. Busanbindung, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Weg zum Strand, usw.). In etwa 5 Minuten Fußweg ist man am Strand. Es gibt in unmittelbarer NĂ€he eine sehr gute BĂ€ckerei, zwei SupermĂ€rkte, und kleinere Imbisse. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung - wie auch in der Anzeige angegeben - nicht sehr groß. Wer Zweifel hat, sollte lieber auf eine Wohnung mit separatem Bett zurĂŒckgreifen.
