Hello,
The studio is located on the first floor of the Ducal building of Marina Bay of Angels, on a harbor. It is next to the tennis court of the residence.
Within a minute's walk: beach, restaurants and a few steps further to the swimming pool (extra charge).
Accesses are easy thanks to: the A8, the railway station about 1km on foot, several bus lines. So you can easily go to Antibes, Cannes, Nice, Menton, Monaco ... If you want, you can reach Antibes and Cagnes-sur-Mer by foot or by bike along the sea.
The accommodation is furnished and equipped. A BZ and a retractable bed as well as a folding table give you a pleasant space of life during the day.
Kitchenette equipped (redone in December 2018) of an induction hob and a hood, cookware + combined oven microwave / grill + fridge, washing machine, Senseo coffee machine ...
Bathroom with shower redone in December 2018.
Bed linen, towels, tea towels, internet, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo, hand cream soap and body cream soap, basic condiments (salt, pepper, olive oil , herbs of Provence) - consumables on arrival not recharged during the stay -
