This newly renovated 4BR, 3.5BA Dutch Colonial home also offers an additional 1BR en suite (with its own kitchenette and additional half-bath) in its newly built pool/guest house!

The house has all the modern amenities including central A/C, stainless steel appliances, eat-in kitchen with large banquette that seats 8, separate dining room, den with flat-screen TV, and beautiful sun room. The 2nd floor features 3 bedrooms, including a junior master suite, 2 full bathrooms (one with full tub/shower combo, one with glass enclosed shower). The 3rd floor features the master bedroom suite with large sitting area, and an office with a pull-out sofa.

The pool/guest house is a one bedroom en suite with a recreational area, kitchenette and an additional half-bath. There is outdoor dining and ample lounge space on the large granite deck surrounding the pool. A pergola provides a shaded canopy area in which to gather with family and friends.

The new 2017 heated in-ground pool is privately fenced with safety latches and is fitted with an automatic pool cover. The size is 20ft X 35ft and has a 6ft deep end with 3ft shallow end.

The grounds are professionally landscaped with various hydrangeas and a flower garden. The yard also features a children's swing set.

Just 6/10ths of a mile to the beach, the house is conveniently located steps to Main Street and Surf Drive Beach, the property is perfect for families and wedding parties!

Our family of 10 had a wonderful vacation here. We love the house, the pool, the neighborhood and the short walk into Falmouth‼️ The automatic pool cover was useful when ‘we’ decided the kids needed a break from swimming! This is our fourth year renting this location‼️ I think we like it there‼️

Fantastic Stay

Everything was amazing with this house. We were a family of 10 with 6 kids under 8 and we all loved it. The pool and pool house was a fantastic facility- everything you could possibly need both in the kitchen and for entertainment was provided. The house was spotless when we arrived too. Location couldn’t be beat. 10/10!

Quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to downtown area of shops and restaurants, Falmouth Farmers Market, waterside restaurants, and Martha’s Vineyard ferry. Walk to beach or drive down to drop off bulky items if you have a bigger group/kids. Well-stocked, updated kitchen. Easy check in and check out process. The pool area is amazing and very unique for a Cape home - we spent most of our stay in the heated oversized pool with outdoor seating and dining areas. Special find among Cape rentals.

It’s all about the POOL !

Wonderful family vacay in a beautifully landscaped and super QUIET setting, still close to everything. The pool house provided great overflow space for a peaceful nap or a good book on a rainy afternoon. But the pool is the star of the show! Our little grandchildren spent hours happily at play in and around the pool. We had to remind them that there was a playhouse with a slide and swing on the property.

Absolute gem in Falmouth

Perfect family reunion spot. The pool setup is even better than in the photos. There is a small (covered) gazebo for comfy lounging during the day. And then there is a large outdoor table for family meals in the evening (that is nicely shaded by the home). The friendly property manager was easy to reach by cell when we had any questions. The grounds are impeccably landscaped.It would have been lovely if there were some beach chairs (and a beach umbrella) to borrow. Also, you hear the footsteps of folks in the 3rd floor master bedroom in the 2nd floor bedrooms. I might have preferred hybrid or foam mattresses to the older coil mattresses in some bedrooms. Bring blackout curtains if you need them, as the lovely decorative curtains don't block the morning sunshine. Overall it was a magical vacation. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this home again!

Perfect Week in Falmouth

This is the perfect place for enjoying Falmouth and the Cape. The property is spacious, well maintained, and immaculate. It has everything you need. We enjoyed cooking and grilling as well as the short walk to Main St restaurants. The pool is such a bonus. Owner and manager are great. We highly recommend a stay here!

Another Fabulous Stay in Falmouth!

This is our second year in Falmouth. The house is lovely, the property is amazing, and the location is perfect for walking to the beach, riding the bike path, and walking to restaurants. It is clean, and well stocked with all of the necessities. Outdoor living is at its best in the property. Thank you for a wonderful week! It is never long enough!

The house was perfect! Got a ton of use out of pool and pergola. Great location to walk to Main Street and beach. The mattress in jr suite sunk in middle so may need replaced but otherwise great rental and would return here

Lovely vacation home!

We loved our week in Falmouth and we loved staying in this beautifully decorated home that accommodated all of our needs. The outside is spacious, beautifully landscaped providing privacy as we made good use of the heated pool. The young ones enjoyed the swing set and slide. It is centrally located and it was an easy walk to town and the Falmouth ferry. We highly recommend this property to others!

Loved it!!

My family and I truly enjoyed the week we spent in Falmouth at this exquisite property. The home is centrally located within walking distance to downtown, the marina, and the beach. But really you never need to leave the beautiful grounds. The huge in-ground, heated, saltwater pool is simply a dream. Covered pergola, comfy outdoor seating, lush gardens for privacy, sonos music system...what more could you ask for? The kitchen is beautiful and as well stocked as they come. The pool house is amazing. We did have an issue with tiny ants in the kitchen and the pool need to be closed for longer than expected for algae treatment, but hey, these things can happen in all houses and ultimately we were very happy with how the issues were handled promptly and professionally by the property manager and owner. We look forward to returning next year!

Amazing week in Falmouth!

We had the most wonderful stay at this most wonderful home. Lynne was a pleasure to work with- always replied quickly to any questions I had. The property is AMAZING. It’s essentially a double lot with an incredible pool and lots of grass area (and a bonus swing set) for the kids. Perfect location- town and beach are close by. This place is a real gem!

Wonderful getaway!
