Family house, overlooking Nice, quiet, with a splendid view of the city and the sea. Close to the city center (20 minutes on foot) and the Promenade des Anglais, this house has a lot of charm.
Access is from the road by an ascending staircase.
The house has 2 bedrooms upstairs, a large living room, dining room, an American kitchen. It has all the amenities, fridge, washing machine, oven, microwave, gas hob, Flat screen TV in the living room and in one bedroom, air conditioning upstairs, garden furniture and barbecue.
