Listen to the ocean waves for your family vacation at Time To Coast where every minute will be spent relaxing and marveling at the beautiful ocean views and enjoying the beach, only 25 feet to the beach access. [Note: No dogs or other animals allowed in this home.]

TOP LEVEL:
The spacious Great Room has plenty of room for lounging and enjoying the large widescreen TV. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator with an under counter fridge to store extra items. The dining area has deck access with ocean views and seats 10 with a small kitchen bar for 3. There is access to the top deck with room to enjoy the outdoor beauty in the sun or in the covered porch area where you can enjoy a meal outside in the shade. One flight up, a rooftop has 360° views where you will never miss a sunrise or sunset each day of your stay. The top floor has two bedrooms with ceiling fans: a King bedroom with east-facing deck access and a Queen Jr. Master Suite that has a semi-private bath with a shower. This bathroom is also shared with the King bedroom and the Great Room. [Note: gas fireplace and the cargo lift is not for guest use.]

MID LEVEL:
This level has 4 bedrooms; 2 of the bedrooms have 2 Twin beds in each and these bedrooms share a hall bathroom with shower/tub combo. There other 2 bedrooms: a Queen Master and a King Master with deck access to a covered porch with a porch swing and deck chairs; both of these bedrooms have a shower/tub combo in their master baths. There's a stairway to connect to the top level deck. All the bedrooms on this floor have flat-screen TVs and ceiling fans.

GROUND LEVEL:
The ground level has a Foosball table, TV, a full-size refrigerator and a sleep sofa. There is also a laundry closet and a half bath.

EXTRAS:
Just outside, there are two outside showers, and a gas grill. A 6-person hot tub is on a separate deck for privacy, next to the outdoor patio with pergola. The beach access is literally steps away from the home so early morning walks or late evening strolls are easy to accomplish. There is driveway parking for 3-4 vehicles max.

Family Beach Vacation

We had a great vacation at this property. Being close to the beach access was a convenience we appreciated. The kitchen and dining area worked well for family meals. Sitting on the deck in the morning sun was fantastic. We would definitely consider another beach vacation here.

Great Location

Being only a 3 minute walk to the beach was well worth it. Had trouble with WiFi (partially due to our own mistake) but got it and the broken cable boxes fixed for us.

Just before the storm

Our trip was right before Isiah. The house and the location was amazing. It was so easy to go back and forth to the beach. The views were so beautiful and we would have our morning coffee on the top level deck to start our day. Our whole group is sad we had to leave this special place.

Family vaca

This house was perfect for us. Location was just steps away from the beach access.The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and everything that we needed to make our meals.I had read that there was an elevator, but it was outside and had a lock on it so I'm glad that we were all good stair steppers. Nice and clean with beautiful decor.

Amazing find, beautiful views, great location

This property was a dream come true for our family. We've spent over 15 summers in OBX and I have to say this was my favorite house we've ever stayed in. All rooms were clean and comfortable, layout of the house was perfect for families with children. The crow's nest made us feel like the coolest house on the street. It was great to have the lifeguard stand right next to our beach access point, especially to get the tide information (including riptide info), and chat with the lifeguards about the state of the ocean that day. The house had one of the most well stocked kitchens I've seen and plenty of fridge/freezer space which was a very pleasant surprise. I loved the book exchange and we definitely took advantage of it! I will note, the ground floor couch is a pullout so there is actually one more sleeping surface in the house than what I saw listed. I wish I had known about this because we had to have a family member get a separate place to stay when they could have stayed there for the night they were in town. The hot tub was great and in good working condition, we grilled three nights and had plenty of propane in the tanks, and being steps away from the boardwalk was amazing for our children. It was a dream vacation and an absolutely perfect spot for an amazing price. Plus, having Harris Teeter, SuperWings and the Timbuck II shopping center so close was icing on the cake.100% recommend!

Covid retreat

We had 9 of us at this house and we had a wonderful time. We were all worried about Covid 19 and being socially distant, and this worked perfect. Beach is semi private, so plenty of room. Made all our own meals!

Everything we wanted

It's always a gamble when renting property never seen before and we hit the jackpot with this home. Excellent location in terms of how close to the beach and the stores. House was clean and the layout was perfect for our two families of teens and adults. The furniture, appliances, hot tub, and decor were excellent and of great quality. Every nook, from the outdoor kitchen to the swinging bench to the Captain's watch, was thoroughly enjoyed together and for times to be alone. A real win.

A nice retreat

Location is great!! Able to bike to shopping area or ice cream parlor nearby. Enjoyed the great views from the deck and widow's perch, a perfect place to start or end the day. Very toddler friendly with rounded tables and carpeted stairs. The outdoor showers were a great perk, very well kept. The outdoor furniture was of good quality and very comfortable. Had some appliance issues during our stay (dishwasher stopped working and oven was a little tricky to understand) and the kitchen was well stocked but poorly organized. Overall though we very much enjoyed ourselves and were comfortable in this house. Would definitely come back!

Great Beach House!

Although we had to leave unexpectedly after 3 days due to a death in the family, we enjoyed every minute there! The location is prime as the beach is 30 yards away. The house has amazing views of the dunes from the main level and the ocean from the highest deck. The house is older but the owners have made every attempt to provide for all of the amenities you could ask for. Heated outdoor showers, hot tub, etc....We booked this week on sale and there was nothing in this price range that was even close to this caliber of house/location.

A Great Stay at a Great House!

I took a group of extended family and friends to Time to Coast for week this summer (2015) and we couldn't have had a better time!The house is huge, sleeps 12, and has more than enough space to spread out and relax. The pictures don't do it justice.The top floor has two spacious bedrooms and a shared Master Bath. The kitchen (which could use better pictures), dinning room, and common area are large and shared. The kitchen has ample space, a counter for breakfasting, and even an extra mini-fridge for separate beer storage! The dining room is wrapped by large double-sliding glass doors that overlook the dunes and beach to the southwest.The top floor deck even extends up a level for a rooftop experience that offers and even better view of the ocean and some amazing sunsets if the weather is right! Perfect for a cocktail and cigar.The middle floor is four spacious rooms with three bathrooms; more than enough space for couples or kids. Downstairs is a game room with a couch, another refrigerator, plenty of books and games, and a washer/dryer.Other points of interest include a very clean and nice hot tub, massive grill for cooking out, a simple back patio, and even outdoor showers to rinse off after the beach. And the beach is literally a 2-minute walk away!You'll be happy at Time to Coast and well taken care of by the management team and cleaning crew. Highly recommended.

AMAZING PLACE WITH A GREAT VIEW AND WITH ACCESS RIGHT TO THE BEACH

I had no clue when I booked this place how awesome it was going to be. The house was amazing and we loved the layout. The views were breathtaking. And as soon as you walk out the house the access to the beach is literally right there which was awesome with young children not to have to walk far. I would highly recommend this place to anyone you will not regret it!
