THE HOUSE IS A 1.5 KM FROM THE SEA AND A FEW HUNDREDS OF METERS FROM THE PINETA THAT LIES ON THE SEA BLUE FLAG OF CASTIGLIONE DELLA PESCAIA. RENTALS ONLY WEEKLY. Villetta graziosa e pulita ben collocata,ma con dei particolari migliorabili.
Graziosa la location,ma sicuramente migliorabile nel complesso.
Riparare le zanzariere rotte alle finestre e magari aggiungerne una nella camera /salotto .Aggiustare l'armadio a cui cadono le ante,eliminare l'amaca strappata dal giardino.
Sostituire le biciclette arruginite e magari dotare la casa di accessori ,come scope e accessori per le pulizie nuovi,dato che quelli presenti erano logori e vecchi.
Piccoli dettagli che danno un immagine migliore per quanto riguarda l'attenzione all'ospite.
Gentile e disponibile la proprietaria.
