Decent Apartment in Good Location

In general in was fine! The apartment is close to the city center, has a fully equipped kitchen and a great sea view! We communicated perfectly with the manager and she was helpful and willing to provide anything we needed. But, all furniture is extremely old and badly maintained, it doesn’t have internet (which was not mentioned when rented) and it was only superficially cleaned. Recommend it for couples or families with one baby like us.

La vue sur la mer et Saint Tropez est magnifique. Depuis le balcon, les flots de l'eau peuvent être entendus. Ceci compense très largement la présence d'une route tout au bord de la mer. L'appartement est très fonctionnel et tout à fait suffisant pour deux personnes. La proximité du port, des boulangeries et de la ville historique de Sainte-Maxime avec ses rues piétonnes et ses nombreux restaurants est très appréciée. Enfin, la possibilité de se rendre à Saint-Tropez et à Saint-Raphaël pour seulement 2.5 euros en bus offre une excellente mobilité.

Vue époustouflante du Golf de Saint-Tropez.

Bonjour, j'ai été très bien accueilli par M.Durand Dominique et j'ai passé un agréable séjour dans ce studio bien équipé. La vue sur le balcon du Golf de Saint-Tropez est époustouflante. Les commerces sont a seulement 5 minutes a pied. Ce logement dispose d'un garage fermé avec une place réservé. Merci à Mme et M. JOYEUX

Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour. Le logement est impeccable et la vue imprenable. Un bémol : le parking : emplacement trop étroit, nous n'avons pas pu stationner notre voiture car une autre voiture était stationnée à côté.

Piacevole soggiorno Natalizio

Alloggio poco distante a piedi dal centro di Saint Maxime. Splendida vista mare, seppur disturbata dalla strada principale in alcune ore del giorno parecchio rumorosa. Casa confortevole anche se divano letto scomodo per due persone. In generale è stata una esperienza positiva che ricorderemo con piacere.

L' appartamento non è certamente arredato con mobili e accessori nuovi, ma calcolando il prezzo in rapporto alla location, il fatto che comunque è pulito e la disponibilità sia dei proprietari che della signora che ci ha accolti, i mobiletti un po' vissuti sono il problema migliore, già solo per la vista meravigliosa e la vicinanza al centro vale la pena. Unico piccolo intoppo, che credo dipenda da un errore del sito, è che viene segnata la presenza di biancheria che invece non c'è, ma nulla di irrisolvibile o che ci abbia fatto cambiare opinione. Grazie e lo consiglio!!!!

Très belle situation géographique.

Agréable séjour dans ce studio avec tout plein de commodités. Petit bémol sur le matelas du petit lit qui n'est pas du tout confortable. Merci à Mme Durand pour sa gentillesse. Je recommande cette location.
