Nice villa

Spacious and well equipped villa in a quiet and good located area. The villa has a lot of charm. Although we had a great vacation the villa needs some maintenance since it had some issues: an airconditioning would be nice, some bad functioning sanitary (plugged drains), and there were no functioning lights in and around the swimming pool. Additionally there were a lot of wasps on the terras (who prefer the food over the sweets on the wasp traps). Since the villa is relatively big there was bad or no wifi in some bedrooms… which is important for teenagers 😉.

Wonderful view from terrace that transfixed all day and most evening too!

House is in a quiet location between St Maxime and the busier Port de Grimaud. House is lovely as was pool. House is under invested in a shabby chic way but lovely place to spend time. The terrace is spectacular and I challenge anyone to get bored watching the bay etc. Rooms don't have a aircon but portable fans are included. Bedroom situation a little unclear and it turns out one room is accessed via another. Balconies are fantastic. Sewage smell in rear bathroom a little overwhelming at times. Kitchen plenty of utensils plates etc although oven not fully operational which seems unfortunate given price of a new oven today Overall would not hesitate returning.

Geweldig huis en plek

Geweldige plek, geweldig huis en tuin. Als je op het terras zit heb je een geweldig uitzicht over de baai. 1 opmerking de files richting ST tropez en at Maxime. Fietsen en steppen huren is een aanbeveling.

Fantastisch!

Heerlijk verblijf gehad met twee gezinnen. Het huis is fijn, ruim en zeer goed geoutilleerd. De locatie is prachtig met fantastisch uitzicht over de baai. Absoluut een aanrader!

la douce france

leuke, ruime woning met een praktische indeling zodanig dat iedereen zijn privacy heeft. Zeer proper en goed uitgerust. Het zwembad is top en het uitzicht is fantastisch. Bovendien krijg je in tegenstelling tot de moderne villa's het typische provencaalse, franse gevoel.

Très belle maison avec vue sur Saint Tropez

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison très agréable (spatieuse, ameublée avec goût). Une belle et grande terrasse avec une superbe (!!!) vue sur la mer, une cuisine très pratique. Merci beaucoup pour l'accueil ainsi que pour cette très belle attention (panier) envers nous!!! À bientôt :)

Maison chaleureuse, calme et vue

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette maison familiale et chaleureuse. La magnifique vue et le jardin sans vis-à-vis nous ont beaucoup plus. La piscine et d'un très bon taille. Nous avons aussi apprécié les nouvelles salles de bains et la cuisine avec tout ce qu'il faut. Il y a quelques endroits qui peuvent encore être rénovés ou améliorés et la clim sera un plus, mais nous recommandons de tout façon cette maison. Merci beaucoup encore pour le gentil accueil et la propreté de la maison.

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine, vue magnifique depuis la terrasse, piscine top et bon agencement de la maison (chacun avait sa salle de bain et son intimité). Maison bien équipée et bonne literie! Allez-y les yeux fermés!

Sonniger Herbsturlaub

Schönes Haus, das nach und nach renoviert wird. Pool könnte gerne 2 m länger sein, um schwimmen zu können. Terrasse und Ausblick phantastisch. Garten reicht zum Spielen, so dass man sich wunderbar am und im Haus aufhalten kann. Leider wenig fussläufig erreichbar, immer Auto. Auch im Oktober noch viel Verkehr; Umgebung mit Nähe zu St. Tropez, Ste. Maxime, Port Grimaud bietet eine Menge. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Objekt befindet sich an schönster, ruhiger Lage mit Blick aufs Meer. Einziger Nachteil bei sehr hohen Temperaturen: nicht klimatisiert.

Maison spacieuse, propre et agréable

Une maison idéalement située dans le Golfe de St Tropez: commerces et loisirs à proximité; vue imprenable et cadre somptueux. L’arrivée est très facile, avec une transmission des clés bien organisée et un très bon accueil. La maison offre tout le confort nécessaire (très propre!) à des vacanciers en quête de repos (les lits sont vraiment excellents!). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la disposition des lieux permettant à plusieurs groupes de cohabiter dans une certaine indépendance, tout en disposant de lieux communs (salon, salle à manger et terrasse) permettant d’accueillir de grandes tablées. La piscine en contrebas offre des moments de détente pour ceux qui souhaitent changer du farniente de la plage, située elle à 7 minutes en vélo! L’ensemble des équipements disponibles (électroménager, vaisselle, lave-linge, ...) était en parfait état et était bien calibré pour un groupe d’une dizaine de personnes. Enfin, son emplacement stratégique (entre Ste Maxime, Port Grimaud et St Tropez) rend cette maison un lieu idéal pour découvrir la région qui vaut la peine d’etre visitée! Nous la recommandons sans hésiter !

Séjour très agréable !

La maison est très bien située dans un environnement résidentiel au calme, sans vis à vis, avec verdure et piscine, et à quelques minutes à pied de la plage ! La terrasse est grande et la vue sur le Golf magnifique. Nous avons apprécié l'agencement des chambres (chaque famille avait son coin) les salles de bain immenses avec de grandes douches à l'italienne ou baignoire, et la cuisine entièrement refaite. On y trouve le charme d'une maison de famille qui a une âme, simple et confortable, ou l'on se sent bien. Je recommande cette maison à tous ceux qui souhaitent passer des vacances en famille ou entre amis .

Chouette emplacement, mais vetuste

Chouette emplacement, mais maison fort vétuste... Pas de climatisation, pas de ventilateurs... Plusieurs ampoules ne fonctionnaient pas, nous avons du relancer à plusieurs reprises l'intermédiaire qui sert de relais.. Piscine superbe malgré tout!

Confort et calme

Nous avions déjà passé un été en2014 , fort agréable, cette fois-ci ,séjour Calme et reposant , les salles de bains ont été rénovées , le charme d’une maison de famille avec un confort moderne . Jolie vue sur la mer , proximité de la plage , jardin verdoyant. Golf et tennis à 2 kilomètres.

Wunderschöner Blick über die Bucht vor St. Tropez

Wir waren mit 2 Familien in diesem wunderschönen Anwesen und hatten mehr als genug Platz mit 6 Schlafzimmern und vier Bädern. Die Küche war groß und sehr gut ausgestattet, es gab eine separate Waschküche und Garage mit Gas- und Kohlegrill. Die Bäder waren zum Teil neu, ein Bad hätte noch einer Renovierung bedürfen, wir haben es aber nicht benötigt. Ansonsten ist das Haus eine Wucht, der Garten und der Pool, der schlauerweise eine Ebene tiefer lag und eingezäunt war und zudem noch über einen Alarm verfügte. Damit war sicher gestellt, dass keines der vier Nichtschwimmer-Kinder so einfach in den Pool stürzen konnte. Der Kontakt zum Verwalter und zur Besitzerin war ausgesprochen nett und zuvorkommend! Das Haus liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse und somit herrscht totale Ruhe, obwohl man eigentlich mitten im Geschehen ist. Wir würden jederzeit sofort wieder anreisen. Vielen Dank!

jolie maison familiale -vue superbe

Vaste maison , située au calme au bout du chemin. à 5 mn du golf et de l'école de voile. On descend à pied à la plage, ce qui est plaisant. le grand salon et les Chambres sont agréables notamment à l'étage ou la grande chambre avec terrasse est merveilleuse. la terrasse du jardin offre une vue superbe de la mer et de la nature.le jardin est grand et on est bien isolé du voisinage. la piscine est bien placée.
