3-bedroom villa with outdoor hot tub and pool, ideally situated with a stunning 180° view of the foothills of the Troodos mountain and the Mediterranean. Comfortably sleeps six. Enjoy the sun in the privacy of your large garden. Watch the sunset and see the garden transform at night with the soft light of solar-powered lanterns and fairy lights. Beaches, golf, and charming village taverns nearby. In cooler months, soak in the hot tub and enjoy the gas fireplace as well as electric heating.

3-bedroom villa featuring cathedral ceilings and an outdoor pool, ideally situated with a stunning 180° view of the foothills of the Troodos mountains and the Mediterranean. Comfortably sleeps six. Enjoy the sun in the privacy of your large garden. Beaches, golf, charming village taverns nearby, as well as a range of other activities at a short distance. Suited for both summer and winter stays.

Air conditioning/heating units with timers in each bedroom. Gas fireplace in living room in the cooler months. Each room has ample wardrobe and drawer space for your clothes and accessories and can be set up either as a double or twin. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, and a third bathroom with a shower is across the hall from the third bedroom.

The open-plan living room, dining room, and kitchen is ideally set up for socializing both during the day and in the evening. The living room opens up on the very large terrace with a high pergola roof, providing mottled shade as you enjoy the view. For an even more stunning vista, the villa also features a rooftop terrace with a dining table and chairs, as well as a built-in working sink and countertop. Three additional seating areas are available in the garden on both sides of the house.

The garden features a large pool, cleaned twice a week during your stay. When enjoying warm days by the pool, you may wish to rinse in the convenient outdoor shower. Two fountains provide a soothing atmosphere. There is also a countertop with a sink in the garden for your outdoor cooking on the Weber charcoal grill.

Inside, the kitchen is fully set up with all appliances needed, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, water boiler, toaster, juice press, halloumi grill, blender, etc. You are free to use the washing machine. We enjoy drying our clothes in the Mediterranean sun on the outdoor drying carousel.

The villa is set up for serious work or personal entertainment with the fastest Internet connection available in the area. There is satellite TV with many international movie channels.

Each guest is provided with a full set of bath towels, as well as a beach towel. For your days at the beach, feel free to use the beach toys and equipment in the adventure box at the villa (the content of the box varies over time as items break and are replaced by guests and the host).

The entire villa, with its amenities, as well as the garden, hot tub, and swimming pool, are for your enjoyment during your stay.

It is recommended to rent a car to get around.

Very nice contact with owner via mail and WhatsApp. In the case of issues there were immediate responses, and issues where mostly fixed the same day, or the next day the latest.The villa is really great on looks like on the pictures. It has a very nice view up to the ocean. Plenty of sun during the day.Large pool that can be heated (at extra costs, but we definitely recommend it in "colder" months to make use of it). The hot tub with ocean view is also very nice.The kitchen is well equipped and has everything one needs in large quantity. There is a nice rotisserie grill which we recommend to use. You can get Souvla meat at every supermarket.

Our first stay at Villa panarama, lots of space inside & equipped with mod cons to everything you need in the kitchen. Outside was impressive not only with the fantastic views looking across, beautiful garden, lots of outside seating if you chose to sit in the sun or the shade, good size pool & enough room around the sunbed area, lovely bbq area but we only used it a couple of times as we wanted to eat out in the local villages, hot tub was placed so you had fantastic views looking across, the seating area on the roof terrace is a must to watch the amazing sunset.

Great relaxing location

We loved the property and the owner’s attentiveness. The views, especially at sunset, are beautiful. The pool and back yard area is spacious and perfectly appointed for fun and relaxation. Extremely nice kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay in Cyprus and Villa Panorama was a highlight!

Die Villa ist sehr geräumig, top ausgestattet mit einem tollen Außenbereich. Auto ist unbedingt empfehlenswert, weil etwas abgelegen dafür auch ganz ruhig mit tollem Ausblick auf das Meer und Umgebung.

We have just had an amazing holiday at Villa Panorama. on arrival we found the villa to be very clean with everything you could need for a restful time with family. There was a lovely welcome pack and lots of information provided regarding the villa and the surrounding area in terms of places to eat and have fun. We all enjoyed the pool and the fabulous views the only problem was that the time went too quickly and we were all very sad to be going home. We stayed at the villa for 5 days, 6 adults (2 parents, 4 mature daughters). The place is beautiful! Very high standard, the kitchen is well equipped and the pool is great.

Questa villa è bellissima così come si vede nelle foto. La vista del mare dalla mattina alla sera regala momenti di assoluto relax, ed è bella da togliere il fiato..Noi ogni mattina ne rimanevamo incantati.. E' fornita di tutto come nella descrizione. Non manca davvero nulla per trascorrere una bellissima vacanza. Insomma, per noi è stata una vacanza indimenticabile e torneremo sicuramente. Da consigliare a chiunque voglia godersi la bellissima isola di Cipro. Un grazie al Sig. Markus che ci ha permesso di soggiornare nella sua incantevole villa.

We have always loved Cyprus and especially the area around Paphos, and we have been going here several times per year. We're now enjoying sharing this experience with others visiting Cyprus as vacation rental hosts and helping them discover the best of what the island can offer.

Why they chose this property

We really enjoy the calm and friendly Secret Valley area outside Kouklia, with its incredible views over the Troodos foothills and the sea. While feeling private and calm, it is close to the sea and beaches, village centers (Kouklia, Pissouri, Mandria, etc.), and other activities. Paphos is also an easy 20-minute drive. If you are a golfer, four of the five golf courses in Cyprus are within a short distance of your villa, with the best of them according to many – Secret Valley – just around the corner.
