Right in the heart of Kailua-Kona on Alii Drive. Across the street from the Royal Kona Resort these condominiums provide the ideal location for your Kona vacation. The soothing waters of the swimming pool will cool you after a day in Hawaii's sun. Walk to Hugo's for evening entertainment. Barbecue your fresh catch on one of the several barbecue grills. Newly remodeled in 2013 our condo's are clean and fully equipped to save you money by having meals at your temporary Hawaiian home! Note: This is a timeshare and the state timeshare tax of $5.03 per night is collected by the resort at check-in time. Unit D1 is ground floor, large lanai May 15 - June 13 and O3 is a balcony lanai June 15 - July 13.

This was a wonderful property! A fantastic location. Walkable to beaches, shops, food, pier and grocery store. If you don't want to walk the free trolley stops in front of the building. An amazing value!!! I would definitely stay here if I go to Kona again.

Clean. Pots pans towels and ac works well.

The place is older, but well-maintained. Clean, had a small safe, the linen and towels were bright, white and clean. Right across the street from all the activities we stayed three nights. Five minute drive from Safeway and Walmart. We use the stove to cook.

Great location and access to downtown Kona

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Billfisher. Although the unit is somewhat dated, it was very clean, the owner and manager were both attentive and the location is so convenient to downtown Kona. We recommend this as a great getaway spot that is close to amenities, yet set back from the hubbub that it is quiet and relaxing.

Great Unit!

Clyde met us upon arrival and was very kind to give us tips on great beaches and restaurants. My wife, myself, and my 4 month old stayed in unit D1 and we had everything we needed. The location is great! It is in walking distance to beaches, restaurants and shops. Across the street from the Kona Billfisher is Basik Cafe which is located on top of Snorkel Bob's. They have the best acai bowls I have ever had! You will not be disappointed! Clyde is a great host!

Sehr schöne Wohnung und zentral gelegen.

Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen schön gross. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und eher neu. Auch der schöne grosse Sitzplatz war prima. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter war auch sehr freundlich.

We are Clyde and Dianne Sebastian, originally from Minnesota but met while we were both teaching school in Australia. We have four adult children and four granddaughters. We have been Texans since 1984. We discovered the Big Island when we celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary in 1999. We fell in love with Hawaii and purchased this time share in 2000. In 2020 we made Hawaii our second home just down the road at Alii Cove. Now this time share is available for your use.

Why they chose this property

We stayed at the Billfisher in 2000 and just loved the location and purchased Unit D1 from May 15 - June 13. Later we purchased Unit O3 from June 13 - July 15. We enjoyed returning to the Island every summer. It is available for rental now because we now have our home on the Island as well.

What makes this property unique

We enjoy the morning walks along Alii Drive. You will be amazed to catch the blooming of the morning cereus just a few minutes walk south on Alii. You can watch the surfers, bikers, and runners and join them as well. The Kona Billfisher has the perfect location selected as the location of the first timeshare in Hawaii. Walk to the north for shopping and restaurants and to enjoy the art work at the King Kam Hotel.
