I am a globe trotter, outdoor enthusiast, fun and friendly and I absolutely love Southern Utah for all the stunning views and outdoor activities that can be enjoyed in this area. i.e. golfing, road biking, ATV and off roading, swimming, hiking, canyoneering, mountain climbing and so much more. As a home and business owner for a short term rental my goals are to create an all around effortless and enjoyable experience for guests staying in my home and though I am unobtrusive I am always available if anything is ever needed.

Why they chose this property

This property is in a wonderful location with amazing surrounding highlights and activities. It's off the beaten path and away from the bustling activity but close enough to get anywhere you want to go conveniently. I feel in love with this area having moved back to Utah in 2005 because of the pristine Sand Dunes, the unique and extremely beautiful Sand Hollow Reservoir, The Stark green Golf Course against the brilliant red rock and the majestic views of Pine Valley Mountain. a truly amazing place to be.

What makes this property unique

This is a Brand New home with granite counter tops throughout, new appliances, Fireplace, Satellite TV, comfortable beds and furniture and outdoor BBQ. This home is squeaky clean, Spacious but homey and comfortable. The views are stunning and hikes alone are worth the visit. it's a great place to relax when your just looking for peace and quiet and a perfect place to bounce from for Golfing, Visiting National Parks, Water sports, and a perfect location for just getting family together. Golfing is only 1 mile away and several National Parks including Zion are within a 30 minute drive. There is plenty of parking space for large vehicles, boats and ATV trailers and ATV's can be driven right from the house to the trails and swimming is a 10 minute walk from the house.
There are hundreds of miles of off roading trails right outside the door and a Kawasaki Tyrex 4 seater in garage for guests to rent.
