Welcome to The Palm Tree House! A spacious, family-friendly Anaheim vacation home where the fun doesn't have to end when you leave Disneyland.

Located about 1.2 miles from Disneyland Resort and less than a mile from the Anaheim Convention Center, our home gives you an easy home base for your Southern California adventure. After a day at the parks, come back, cool off in the private pool, soak in the spa, challenge the family to a game of pool or foosball, or gather around the firepit while dinner cooks on the outdoor BBQ.

With 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, multiple living spaces, a private pool and spa, and a dedicated game room, the house is designed for families and groups who want room to spread out, and plenty to do together.

Private pool + spa:
Our large private pool gives everyone room to swim and play, with pool toys, floaties, and life jackets available for the kids. Pool heating is available for an additional fee.

A game room the whole family can enjoy:
The dedicated game room features an 8-foot Olhausen pool table, tournament foosball table, arcade games, a 50-inch TV, and a Peloton Bike. It's a great place to unwind while the kids (and kids at heart) keep themselves entertained.

Outdoor living made for gathering:
The backyard is more than just a pool area. Fire up the 5-burner natural-gas BBQ, enjoy dinner at the outdoor table, then gather around the custom natural-gas firepit with built-in seating. The firepit is one of our favorite places to end the evening.

A kitchen made for families and groups:
The large kitchen has modern stainless-steel appliances, a generous island, and the equipment you need to prepare anything from a quick breakfast before the parks to a full family dinner. We provide a variety of coffee options, tea, basic sweeteners and creamers, plus useful cooking and serving items.

Comfortable sleeping arrangements:
The home has four bedrooms with a mix of king, queen, twin, and bunk/trundle sleeping options, making it easy for families and groups to have their own space.

Quality mattresses, linens, pillows, and towels are provided, along with bathroom essentials including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soap.

Thoughtful extras for families with little ones:
Traveling with young children? We've stocked the house with family-friendly equipment including two high chairs, a Pack 'n Play, convertible car seat, infant bath tub, stroller options, and an infant car seat.

Planning a beach day?:
You're welcome to use our beach gear, including beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and an ice chest.

Full-size laundry:
A front-loading Samsung washer and dryer are available in the home, with laundry detergent and fabric softener provided.

The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood, so it is especially important that guests respect our neighbors.

A few important things to know:
Maximum occupancy is 10 guests
Up to 3 vehicles may park on the property
Quiet hours are 10 PM–9 AM
No outdoor activities during quiet hours
No parties or large gatherings
No weddings, receptions or birthday parties
No smoking anywhere on the property
No tour buses, RVs or commercial vehicles
