This is a two-story townhouse.

Decorated with a chic, beach theme, this townhome is perfect for vacationing parties of all kinds. Blue Surf 21 has a modern look and feel that is sure to make this vacation one you will never forget! Some features you will be dreaming about after you leave include custom wood-like tile floors, granite countertops, flat-screen TVs, and a wet bar. Tucked in a quiet community along Scenic Gulf Drive, you will find yourself just steps from the beach and still close to all the Destin area restaurants, shopping, and attractions.

The main living space on the first floor includes the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the cookware and dishware you need to create your family’s favorite meals. The dining area has seating for six at the table and there are two additional seats available at the breakfast bar. The living area includes a wet bar complete with a mini-refrigerator perfect for your favorite beverages. The furnished balcony and its incredible beach views are accessible through the living area.

The guest bedroom, also located on the first floor, is furnished with a queen bed and flat-screen TV. The guest bedroom has private access to the patio and views of the community grounds. There is a full guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination accessible from the guest bedroom. The master bedroom contains a king bed, large closet, flat-screen TV, and its own private master bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The master bedroom can also accommodate two additional guests with a set of built-in twin over twin bunk beds. Each bunk has its own flat-screen TV.

Love this property

Our second time staying at this property. We love it! Close walk to beach’s shops and restaurants! Does get hot upstairs but that’s expected in a town home in the heat of summer!

Great location, awesome upgrades to the condo!

We loved that it was so close to the beach and Pompano Joe's. This is our favorite location! The condo has very nice upgrades and plenty of sleeping areas! We will definitely be back to stay here again!

Great vacay

Me and my friends stayed here for a short trip to Miramar. The house was right off the beach, so it was nice to be able to walk to the water whenever we wanted to. The house was clean and nice, we made ourselves right at home quickly. I would definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful stay, the location was perfect with the pool just outside our unit for the kids. We could see the ocean from the room. Unit was everything it showed to be. We will be back!!

Perfect little place to stay!

The townhouse was great! Short and easy walk to the beach as well as dining and shops. The beds were comfy and had plenty of extra towels, linens and pillows for the beds. Check in and out process was simple and easy. Company was great with communicating and answering any questions within minutes via text. Would def recommend this unit to family and friends.

Perfect Beach Vacation Condo

This stay was a 50th anniversary trip. Could not have chosen a better place. Few steps to the beach, great pool, condo very beachy and comfortable. Everything provided. We drove from Texas and it was worth every mile. Would love to visit again. Great anniversary.

Cute townhouse

The place was upgraded and super nice. Very clean and beds were comfortable. The pool was clean and we enjoyed swimming at night. Only a short walk to the beach and great view from the balcony. I will definitely be back! Management company was great! No issues at all!

Beautiful place

We enjoyed the unit for a long weekend. What a view too! My only complaint was I found the master bed quiet uncomfortable. I purchased a mattress pad at Walmart which definitely helped. My husband didn’t mind the firm mattress.

We received the check-in access codes promptly at the time indicated. Upon arrival, property was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Everything needed was provided. The view of the beach from the balcony was a nice touch. The beach truly is a 2 min walk away which was perfect for us given we had our infant with us. Excellent property and managed well. We would definitely come back.
