Our stay was very pleasant due to the fact that we did not have to arrange any transportation to see local attractions, very centrally located and within walking distance to most everything!
Perfect location within walking distance of so many beautiful areas. The flat was clean, a little wear and tear in places, but had everything we needed for a few days. The beds were very comfortable!! We would be happy to stay here again.
The location was fantastic and the apartment comfortable. The bedrooms were larger than expected and there was a lift to the apartment thankfully. There were a couple of items of maintenance that should be attended to (A missing handle on draw, hinges on a cupboard door, mirror missing from set), but they didn't really effect our enjoyment of the place. Overall we had a great time in Rome.
Communication prior to booking was terrible. Arrived and welcomed by a very unfriendly man. Over charged the hotel tax by almost double. Ants ruled the bathroom. Air conditioning didn’t work all while attempting to reach the host with no response. We had a four night reservation however we stayed one night and found an alternative accommodation. Extremely unpleasant experience especially for our kids first European holiday. Trying to recoup the last three nights stay fee since we didn’t stay.
We really enjoyed staying at this place. We were on the 4th floor and there was an elevator. Perfect for 2 couples. We did not use the kitchen, except the fridge. The market nearby was great for fruits and vegetables. All major tourist attractions are at a walking distance. The neighborhood and neighbors were very quiet. We were there on a weekend. It is a very short walk to the Trastrevere area where the action is, if that is your scene.
Overall, we enjoyed our 4 nights in Rome!!

Excellent location!
The location of this apartment can't be beat. We walked everywhere. Campo de Fiori is right around the corner, great market! Piazza Novara is only a few blocks away. We walked home late at night and felt very safe. Many bars and restaurants in close proximity. The bedrooms were nice sized. The galley kitchen and bathroom were small, but met our needs. I would stay here again. The location can't be beat. We did take taxis to our intended location in the mornings and walked home each night. Taxi stand is only a couple of blocks away, if needed.

Its an apartment
The pictures listed online of this property are outdated and old. The property is not decorated like the pictures. The beds are very hard and stiff, not very comfortable. The property was clean and had a great location in the city. Taxi and Uber pickups can be challenging. In a pinch, this apartment will do.
We were there during a heat wave where every day was over 95 degrees and wanted to make sure there was A/C available. One of the rooms had an A/C but the outlet that it was plugged into didn't work, so we had to buy an extension cord for a different outlet. That fortunately worked.
The property is nothing like shown in the picture. The complete apartment is in serious need of renovations, in particular the bathroom. The kitchen had very old facilities, we couldn't even open the kettle to make tea etc, the lid was stuck jammed. There were ants all over in the apartment even on kitchen working top surfaces. One of the bedrooms airconditioner appeared to be powered on but was not cooling at all. Number of bulbs were not working, some of them were replaced after reporting but not all.
Good apartment, in a great area close to Campo di Fiori
This is a good apartment in a very nice location, steps away from Campo di Fiori, so good food is around. Easy to access visiting points.
The apartment was clean with everything needed, but need some maintenance, I reported a few things to the owner/manager.
The communication was good until we reserved the property, after that, no response to any of our inquires. We figured out how to fix some things we found, so everything went good.
For the owner/manager, please remember that a good communication help visitors to have a better stay. I wrote you the few things that needed to be addressed in the apartment.
We enjoyed our stay.
Thank you!

We chose to stay in Campo de Fiori because I had frequented this charming area as a child. The apartment was clean, comfortable and roomy with lots of amenities. You're in a fantastic location with many ways to connect to other popular parts of the city including bus and tram. My large complaint being that the level of communication between us and the management team was quite lax and too informal on their part. This was my 1st VRBO rental and I had booked early in the process so I reached out a number of times and unnecessarily waited more than a month for a reply. The large amount of money was taken but no reply, which was concerning. Finally, 3 days before arriving to Rome we got an automatic reply with all pertinent information. Of course, we only saw someone from your office when it was time to collect the rental tax (money has a way of animating motivation).Upon leaving our successful stay, we left the keys and NEVER heard from anyone ever again. (weird!) It's clear that you manage a lot of properties (in the100s) and don't have the support staff to maintain proper communication at all time phases of the rental process. Please read these notes, hire more staff and you'll improve your customer care dramatically. However, nice apartment!!
Great location, Unit is clean but worn/not as pictured.
The location of this unit is great for a lot of the sites you want to see in Rome. Check in process was good, but a bit confusing with contacts from multiple people to arrange the check in. Transfers to/from train station and airport were great - on time, clean, friendly, efficient, reasonable price. Reasons for the so-so rating: The pictures in the listing are quite misleading. The place is a lot more worn and somewhat more cluttered. One of the pieces of artwork had fallen off the wall, one of the mirrored tiles behind the couch was missing. Some of the furniture is missing or has been moved and you are warned not to move anything in the unit, so no table in front of the couch to place a drink or snack, no small table to set anything on in the bathroom. There were a couple of floor cleaner/mops just left standing in a corner of the main bedroom. Notice posted in the kitchen warning about extra charges for towels, bedding, not moving furniture, trash procedures was not welcoming at all. Finally - probably typical for Rome, but future renters may want to know that access to the apartment involves getting through a locked door on the street, then a locked wire gate. Up to the 5th floor via small elevator or dimly lit stairs and then opening the (secure) but finicky lock on the unit. It was an okay place to stay, but I would not stay here again. Just not a good price/value.
This was a perfect location in Rome to see the historic sights. I thought we would end up buying metro passes to get around but we walked everywhere. The property is located right next to Piazza Campo de Fiori where they have a market every morning with local vendors selling pasta, spices, fruit, vegetables, clothing, souvenirs and much more! We walked to the Vatican and Colesseum in less than 30 minutes. The Pantheon was 10 minutes away. Can't stress how great the location is.
The apartment is on what Americans would call the 5th floor but the locals call it the 4th, there is a small elevator though. The door lock situation is tricky at first, I got locked out while my wife and kids tried to figure out how to let me in. It is a very old style key. The apartment is a little different from the pics but not too much. The shower door leaks all over the bathroon floor.
Communication was the biggest problem. It was fine before we got there but I messaged the owner 5-6 times while we were there and NEVER got a message back. The first night I arrived we went to make up the sleeper sofa but there were no sheets and the mattress pad was kinda gross. I messaged the owner (granted it was just after midnight) that we needed sheets for the sleeper. I did not expect them that night since it was so late but that was Sunday night/early Monday Morning and we did not get the sheets until Wednesday. I messaged twice about the sheets but I did not get a response stating we would get them at all, they just showed up.

We had a good experience renting this place for a 3 night stay in Rome. The apartment was as advertised with good AC and very good WiFi. The location was perfect for us being centrally located to many of the locations we wanted to visit. One gripe we would have would be the key situation as it was quite tricky to open the main entrance and main gate doors. You had to wiggle the key in a certain way for it to catch the lock and open the door.
Otherwise a very pleasant stay.

Great located flat
The flat lived up to all that was advertised it was clean, well situated. There were problems that were addressed immediately. Having used HomeAway, there are also unforeseen issues. The staff were helpful - would stay again!!

Loved the location!
If you are looking for a fun, central location that is steps from good food and a great little market this the right apartment for you. We stayed here with our daughters and we loved it. The A/C is in the bedrooms only but it was sufficient for our late June stay. Massimo was incredibly helpful. The energy in Campo di Fiori is vibrant. We walked down in the morning to the cafes and had dinner almost every night around the area. We loved it. If you like bohemian vibe then stay here.
