Thank you very much for your kind words. We are delighted that you enjoyed the apartment, its location, and our hospitality. We would just like to add a little context regarding the points you mentioned, as it may be helpful for future guests. The apartment is located in a beautiful 17th-century historic building. Because of the building's protected status, it is not possible to install an outdoor air-conditioning unit on the main façade. For this reason, the bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, while the living room is provided with two fans to ensure guests' comfort. Many of our guests appreciate the unique experience of staying in a beautifully preserved historic Roman building, with its original thick stone walls that naturally help keep the apartment cool and quiet. Regarding the nearby construction work, the site is approximately 150 metres from the apartment and is separated by noise barriers. Unfortunately, this is a public infrastructure project beyond our control. Fortunately, thanks to the apartment's thick historic walls and modern PVC windows, indoor noise is generally very limited when the windows are closed. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to welcome you back to Rome in the future.

We’re delighted to hear that you had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the central location, the neighborhood, and the many restaurants and shops within walking distance. It’s especially lovely to hear that you discovered a favorite local restaurant nearby! We’re also glad we could take care of the toilet issue quickly and that everything was resolved during your stay. Thank you for letting us know about the problem so that we could solve it promptly. Thank you as well for highlighting some of the practical features of the apartment, including the stairs and the air conditioning. The stairs to the bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen are mentioned in the description and also visible in the listing photos, but we appreciate you pointing them out as something future guests may wish to consider. Regarding the AC, the apartment is located in a 17th-century listed building, where there are unfortunately strict restrictions on installing units on the façade, including in the living room. We are nevertheless looking into whether there might be an alternative solution to improve the cooling of the common areas, although we don’t yet know if this will be possible. Your comments will certainly be helpful to future guests when planning their stay. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we would be very happy to welcome you back to Rome!
