This apartment is ideal for parents with kids visiting Rome: 2 BR, 2 bathrooms, quiet, bright and strategically situated a stone's throw from the Colosseum (300m), Roman Forum and San Clemente. It is very well connected with public transport: Metro at Colosseum and electric bus stops below the apartment. The small balcony is great for a quick coffee (smoking is allowed only here). Right from the start, Dasha was amazing. Checked in with us to see when we were gonna get there so she would make sure that she was there when we arrived. She was very thorough and left job questions unanswered. We loved our stay there as it was a great location, and exactly what we anticipated!!

Perfect little spot for exploring Rome! The apartment was cute and spotless. Dasha was wonderful in meeting us and going over everything about the apartment. We were able to check in early and leave our bags to go explore, which was great. It was also great to have a washer so we did not have to bring a lot of clothes. Definitely recommend this apartment.

Location is great, 5-10 min walk to Colosseum. Property was clean, beds were comfortable, we were there in June, it was hot but the AC kept the apartment cool. Check in was quick and easy. We will stay here again!

We stayed at this wonderful apartment just a stone's throw from the Colosseum, and it was the perfect home base for our time in Rome.We arrived late on a Sunday evening, and the property manager arrived just minutes after we did. After a brief wait of about 5–10 minutes, she greeted us with a warm smile, showed us around the apartment, and gave us a helpful introduction before heading out. She was incredibly friendly and welcoming.Shortly after settling in, we discovered that the bedroom air conditioners were not blowing cold air. We reported the issue, and the response was impressive. The very next day, the owners personally came by with fans to make sure we were comfortable, and later that same day the air conditioners were repaired and working perfectly.If you're looking for a place to stay that is convenient to the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, Capitoline Hill, the famous Keyhole of Rome, and many of the city's historic sites, book this apartment today. There are plenty of nearby restaurants serving delicious Italian and Roman cuisine, and if you're craving gelato, a short walk toward the Colosseum will lead you to several excellent options.The owners and property manager are truly top-notch and deserve a toast with a glass of Prosecco for their hospitality and responsiveness. Thank you for making our visit to Rome so enjoyable.Until next time, Rome—ciao!

THE BEST OF ROME!

This apartment was wonderful! Beautiful decor and comfortable. The location is very close to the Colosseum, 5 min walk! Delicious restaurants and grocery aplenty and very close. Our host was super nice and communication was perfect! We hope to stay here next time we come to Rome! GRAZIE!!!!!

We got off to a good start when a lovely friend of the owner checked us in and showed us everything. The day after we arrived the toilet whenever we flushed, it would spew water from the tank and hit us on our heads and faces. There was no top to the tank so I had to put a towel over it until someone could get there. Also, the air conditioning in the small bedroom was very noisy and was dripping all over the floor so we had to put a towel on the floor and one of the baseboards fell off. The owners I could not get a hold of so we reached out to the nice woman who checked us in. She was able to reach out to them. They came and tried to fix the toilet, the water stopped spewing out from the top, but then it wouldn't flush properly. Toilet paper would not go down. . The air-conditioning could not be repaired and it got very hot in that bedroom as it is the middle of July. Two days for my daughter to spend in the hot bedroom . Also, the apartment could've been a little cleaner and it is not a view of the Colosseum. To see the Colosseum from the apartment you have to hang your head out the front window, very misleading. It is within walking distance, so that was good. About three or four blocks. For what we paid I expected much more. Almost 1000 for three nights? Cute little place, but it definitely needs some work and updating.

You can see the Coliseum from front door!

This was a great experience. It started with the property manager. Dasha met us at the property and gave us so much great info on places to eat and see. We did it all. Her recommendations were spot on. Great location. Lots of hot water, and amenities met all needs.
It's closer than it looks in the photo, but this is from the front door of the apartment.
Use Tigets for all your tickets. Worked great.

Holiday Trip

The location is great. The communication is amazing, every time we had a question, they would respond immediately! There is no elevator, the second bathroom is very cold and almost not useful at all. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

Incredible stay

My two brothers and I stayed at the flat for 3 nights. Natalia was extremely helpful arranging transportation from the airport and checking in. The apartment was perfect for the 3 of us and in an incredible location. Highly recommend to anyone trying to vacation in Rome.

Such a cute and traditional apt. Host was prompt and explained every little detail about the unit. Lots of small details like hand soap at every sink and shampoo and conditioner in each shower. Even the kitchen had all you needed like oil, salt, etc. The 2nd bath was small but usable. There was a cute outdoor space.The location is phenomenal as there are many restaurants, taxi pick up and a super market super close by. However, the street it is on is a major pass thru street so it is busy and noisy almost all the time.

The apartment was very nice and clean. We loved the host, Dasha and the management staff was very responsive. The unit was in a good and safe location. Down the street from the Colosseum and street market. Lots of local restaurants. We did have to Uber to all the historic sites because our aging bodies couldn't walk that far!!! Although the Holy Doors at Basilica of St John Lateran and the Holy Steps at Scala Sancta were in walking distance. We are grateful to the staff and Dasha for a wonderful stay.

Colossal stay in Rome

Excellent stay in Rome (our second trip). Apartment was great. Location was awesome (200m from Colosseum). Metro 200m away (in both directions) and a bus stop almost outside the front door. We would give the host/greeter (Dasha) 6 stars but it only went up to 5 !

First of all, the people who administer the rental and the location are off the charts amazing. Dasha, our greeter, was an absolute GEM! She was helpful when we got into a bit of a medical crisis and after, when we left something of incredible value behind in the apartment. Walking to the Colosseum -- just seeing it right as you walk out of the apartment -- was amazing. We loved becoming a part of the community there, frequenting the coffee shop, wine bar, and even florist down the street. Would definitely stay there again.
