Wohnung mit Meerblick

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage, großer Balkon mit Meerblick. Gute Ausstattung. Allerdings sind einige Angaben aus der Anzeige nicht korrekt. Die Wohnung ist sicher kleiner als 150qm, kein 2 Fernseher und ebenfalls kein Parkplatz inklusive. Außerdem wäre eine Air-Condition dringend zu empfehlen!

Cheerful, communicative, respectful, a pleasure to host, highly recommended. The property is approx 110 square mt (terrace included) We don't know where you read that there are 2 TVs. The house is equipped with only a TV in the living room.

Amazing place, but don't count on parking

We absolutely loved our time in PortoVenere and the apartment had a wonderful balcony patio with a beautiful view of the harbor and boat activity. It was very well situated with a short walk to town and a private beach club just across the street where you could rent chairs for the day. One problem arose which was not resolved to our satisfaction. When we booked it on VRBO, the listing clearly stated in two places that there was a parking space provided. Due to this, we chose to drive. When we arrived, we were told the owner had sold the parking place over a year ago. We were then told the VRBO listing had been updated (since our booking) and there would be no credit of any sort given. As long as you know not to believe their listings in relation to parking, the apartment is great! (PS - parking is first come first serve on the street in a very crowded area. Expect to walk 0.5-1.0km for a space.)

Phenomenal design and stunning view. Strategic location. We’ll stay again

The apartment is even better than advertised in pictures, once you see it. The view is to die for, and the care for the details is remarkable. Alice, who assisted us throughout our stay is fantastic. She went above and beyond to ensure every small little need of ours was addressed. She was timely and responsive, always with a smile on her face. The location is strategically located…. Just a short walk from where we spent our time (“le terrazze”, a nice resort with pools and private beach) and a short walk, on the other direction, to the village, which is the heart of Portovenere, where we normally go for dinner. We will certainly go there again, as very happy recurring customers.

Traumhafte Wohnung mit Meerblick

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön neu renoviert und alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt ist vorhanden. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der sensationelle Balkon mit direktem Blick auf das Meer und bequemen Sofas sowie einen zusätzliche Essplatz. Innen ist die Wohnung sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, so dass man sich rundum wohl fühlt. Die Lage ist optimal, das schöne historische Zentrum von Porto Venere mit seinen schönen Gassen und auch der Hafen mit Anbindung an die anderen Orte von Cinque Terre ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu errechen. Bademöglichkeiten gibt es ebenfalls in 5minütiger Fussweite. Einzig das Parken ist etwas herausfordernd. Es gibt keinen zur Wohnung gehörende Parkmöglichkeit und man muss auf öffentliche nicht ganz bilige Parkplätze ausweichen. Insgesamt eine wirklich traumhafte Wohnung.

Our time at Acquamarina apartment could not have been more perfect. Very tranquil and relaxing, beautiful scenery and wonderful hosts. We did not have a car but didn't really mind. Massimo of "Sea and Country Villas" arranged everything ! Transfers, Wine tour, Yacht cruise around Cinque Terre ... everything! We are so in love with this place that we are planning to come back very soon. I can't say enough about the graciousness and generosity of SCV. If you're booking here for a relaxing Italian Riviera holiday you will not be disappointed!

Lovely modern apartment with amazing view

Wonderful apartment with a spectacular view on the channel Massimo And Francesca of "sea and Country Villas" are lovey and arranged the transfer from Genoa Airport for us. We had a great time in Acquamarina apartment (pity only one week) but we will be back in Portovenere for sure. The location is excellent for day trips to CINQUE TERRE, Isola Palmaria Lerici and Portofino. We higly recommend it to all :)
