Great Place

The place was comfortable and very clean. The only downside is the location. I did not really do my research very well, so that is on me. An upside is that it is an easy, yet long walk to the center of Bologna. However, there is everything you need in the neghborhood. The property owner was accommodating and kind.

Beverara Apartment in Bologna

I had a very pleasant stay at the Beverara apartment. The apartment was new, quiet and comfortable with parking and convenient to the Bologna Fiere District. It is located near a lovely park that you could stroll through to get to the supermarket and other shops within 5 minutes. There was a bus stop nearby from which I was able to get to the Center of Bologna in less than half an hour. Silvia was extremely attentive and also recommended several restaurants nearby where we ate well including regional dishes. I will definitely stay at the Beverara apartment next trip!

Not exactly what we required

When a booking says check in 3pm and the owner decides on that day, no matter how many communications you have with them that you wish to check in at 3pm not 6pm! left sitting in street for over 2 hours...not my ideal holiday destination.

Hello Julie, I’m so sad for this review. As I wrote you every times and many days before, and according by my instructions on the announcement, check-in from Monday to Thursday is at 6PM. Check-in from Friday to Sunday is at 3 PM. If you don’t want to understand, that it could not be a problem for me. Your review damages those like me who are trying to offer a different way to host and put their heart and soul into what they do. I suggest you to book in an hotel next time or to read the announcement carefully.

Wunderbar

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in Bologna und fühlten uns in der Wohnung auf Anhieb sehr wohl. Silvia und ihre Helferin, die uns spät in der Nacht so nett in Empfang nahm, haben alles super organisiert und so einfach wie möglich gemacht.Ja, der Balkon ist zu eng, um draußen zu essen, aber wir waren ja wegen der Stadt da. Super angenehm auch, dass sich alle Fenster haben komplett verdunkeln lassen!Ist bisschen außerhalb, aber es gibt mehrere Bushaltestellen, die einen ins Zentrum bringen.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Wir sind von Silvia sehr freundlich empfangen worden, die Verabredung per WhatsApp hat gut geklappt. Sie hat uns alles gezeigt und Tipps für Unternehmungen gegeben. Ein kleines Problem hat sie sofort gelöst. Die Wohnung selbst ist großzügig. Wir konnten alles unterbringen, und da wir auf einer mehrwöchigen Rundreise waren, hatten wir nicht wenig dabei. Es war alles vorhanden, wir konnten uns gut versorgen. Die Entfernung zur Altstadt ist doch größer als gedacht, aber mit der empfohlenen Buslinie sind wir gut zurecht gekommen. Eine zeitweilige Beeinträchtigung besteht durch den nahe gelegenen Flughafen, die Starts und Landungen haben uns 2 Nächte schlecht schlafen lassen. Danach wurde der Flugverkehr nachts offenbar anders geleitet.

Tolle ruhige Wohnung

Wir wurden von unserer Gastgeberin herzlich empfangen. Alles lief problemlos. Alle nötigen Informationen wurden uns beim Check-in mitgeteilt. Die Einrichtung ist schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Mit dem Bus kommt man recht schnell in die Stadtmitte an. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Nähe.

Excellent sejour

Logement vaste et bien équipé. Situation idéale pour visiter Bologne et sa région avec les arrêts de bus très proches, et aussi les autoroutes de Ferrare et Ravenne peu éloignées. Il y a aussi un centre commercial très avenant à 10 minutes à pied. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Bologne.

Beautiful appartment not to far from the city (by bus)

Beautiful renovated apartment with P behind the gate (max. small -average car in length). Good beds and kitchen. With windows open some noise from airplanes that take off till ca 11 p.m. and from ca 6.30 a.m.. Fans present. Big supermarket around the corner as well as busstop (11A and 11B tot inner city) .

Lovely clean apartment, on 1st floor in very nice residential area with several local parks. Owner was very helpful. Handy supermarket just 5 minutes walk, train station is a 20 minute walk, town 30 minute walk. 15 minutes (15 euros) taxi from the airport. Handy tips, Coop supermarket restaurant very good; use underpass at railway station for short cut to the town. Bologna is well worth a visit will lots of beautiful architecture.
