About this property
Right by the sea
Stays of 28 days or more pay for their electricity and water. Electricity according to use, you will have to pay a deposit of 60 eur month and then at the end of the stay we will charge more accordingly, or return money. Water is 0.50 cents per person per day.
Clients have to throw their own rubbish out to the containers, which are in tight on the street.
You also have to do your worn washing up, and leave cups, glasses, plates, etc., clean.
If any of these requirements, we Will take 20 eur off the deposit, thanks for your cooperation!
If you loose your key or get locked out, you would need top ay 20 eur to have someone come to open, thanks!

relax allo stato puro
la sistemazione era esattamente ciò che volevamo, una spiaggia bellissima, con pochi bagnanti, a pochi metri dalla casa, abitanti cordiali e simpatici, un ottimo ristorante, senza tante pretese, a pochi metri di distanza, vita notturna quasi inesistente, collegamenti con il centro città vicini a casa, funzionanti tutta la notte ( anche se non abbiamo mai fatto tardi oltre 23.30) la casa, piccola, funzionale, dotata di confort ( due condizionatori ) ottime dotazioni anche per lunghi soggiorni. Non potevamo sperare niente di meglio per noi. La vacanza è stata all'insegna del relax. Torneremo sicuramente.

A basic apartment
I stayed here for 3 weeks in January.
Pros
1. You couldn’t stay closer to the beach
2. The kitchen had been renovated
3. The air con worked fine
4. You are living with the locals - great if you have some Spanish
Cons
1. The washer’s seen better days
2. The water’s heated by a butane powered boiler which is outside. If you need to get a new bottle You have to phone an automated Spanish line. I was told by the owner to press 2 when given the choices
3. When the wind is breezy it can blow the boiler light out and there’s no hot water until you relight it. Tricky if you’re alone in the flat, in the shower.
4. If you’re sleeping on the sofa bed you need to go through the bedroom to the bathroom
5. The bathroom is very small and the door was difficult to close properly. And there was a funny smell in there. I don’t think it was me :)
6. The shower is clean but not very modern
7. The bed creaks on the left hand side (near the wardrobe) when you get in and out, every time
8. Dirt blows in from the road and sand gets blown in from the beach
9. There’s not much room to use the garden set of table and chairs
10. No washing up liquid, and no soap is provided for your stay
