Beautiful and elegant apartment of 90 s.m. at one step from the Duomo. .
In the heart of the historic centre, from Michelangelo's David, Ponte Vecchio and all the wanders of Florence!
Apartment tastefully renovated where you can live in a pleasant atmosphere of a mix of ancient and modern Florentine style.
It is situated at the 4th floor, with lift, of an ancient building. On the roof top , at the 6th floor, you can visit a breathtaking terrace, with a wonderful panorama where you can take the best pictures! The terrace is not directly attached to the apartment and its use is not exclusive.
MASTER BEDROOM .. ... spacious bright bedroom warm and quiet , with large ceiling, furnished with a very comfortable queen size bed ( that can also become a double if required) with beautiful linen and bedcover. The ancient wardrobe and the furniture give the room the elegance of the classic Florentine style. The double windows with vacuum insulating glazing help your sleep come soon! Fully air-conditioned and heated.
ENSUITE BATHROOM… a marble green and white niche with a large glass shower, soft towels and courtesy set for your first night.
TWIN BEDROOM … small but bright and delicately decorated with wall stripes, this bedroom has two very comfortable single beds also furnished with elegant linen and bedcovers.

I would like to remind you that, if you arrive to Florence by car the most part of Florence city center is a traffic limited area which means that there are many restrictions and limitations. There is a private garage at 5 minutes from my apartment (https://www.garagedelleterme.it), they come within few minutes to pick your car up or you can go directly there. Ask me for information.

Outstanding location and accommodation

The apartment’s location was extraordinary in being a half block from the Duomo and within a comfortable 10-15 minute walk to the Galleria dell’Academia and Uffizzi. Similarly, it is about a comfortable 15 minute walk from the Firenze S.M. Novella train station. (The stone sidewalks make wheeled suitcases more challenging - a small price to be paid when staying in cities with history.) The apartment is located on the fourth floor and is serviced by a small elevator. It was very comfortable, charming and well appointed. Everything we could have needed was there, e.g., Nespresso machine, microwave, toaster, washing machine. Given its location, the apartment was quite spacious and remarkably quiet. There are supermarkets and a plethora of restaurants and cafes within a 5 minute walk of the apartment. The host, Alessandra, was very organized and responsive to our requests. She made our visit very easy. In summary, I unreservedly would recommend the apartment for tourists wanting to be in a very comfortable, prime location in Florence.

This is the place to stay!! It’s in the city close to many things to see. Plus the apartment is super! Large rooms and wonderfully decorated. Our host, Alessandra, was extremely thorough and a class lady!

This apartment is very special. It is elegantly furnished, very clean, and is 2 minutes from the Duomo. In addition, the hosts are very helpful, attentive, and kind. A lovely place!

Beautiful home with an excellent host

Wonderful host with an eye for all of the little details. One of my guests (with usually a very critical eye) said that this was one of the nicest homes he has stayed in. I was very impressed with the host's communication and speed of responses.

Amazing Florence experience

We recently stayed at this amazing apartment in Florence, and it was the PERFECT home base for exploring the city. The location was unbeatable—just a short walk to major attractions like the Duomo and the Uffizi Gallery. There were plenty of great restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby, which made it easy to enjoy the local culture. The apartment itself was cozy and well-maintained, with all the comforts of home. The beds were comfortable, and the living area was a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. Having a washing machine was also a huge bonus. The apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Alessandra was exceptionally responsive and friendly, providing detailed instructions for check-in and even offering some great tips for things to do around the city. Her hospitality made us feel very welcome. One of the best experiences with a Host that we have ever had. We would absolutely stay here again! Cheers!

Great location and fabulous apartment…

Alessandra’s apartment was in the best location near the Duomo and not far from the train and bus station. She was a fabulous host from start to finish. Her apartment was so clean, beautifully decorated, beds were so comfortable and there was an elevator for our oversized luggage thank goodness. Alessandra recommended restaurants in the area and even called ahead for our group. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will be back to Firenze again soon!

Beautiful apartment in city center!

The apartment is beautiful and clean, and the location is perfect! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only downside was that the upstairs terrace was not available to us during our stay. Otherwise, everything was fantastic! Alessandra was prompt to communicate, and she even allowed us to store our luggage before check in. Highly recommend this property.

An absolute gem!

Perfectly positioned, and beautifully presented this apartment is an absolute gem! Alessandra’s warm welcome on arrival extended to a considered and efficient introduction, ensuring we were immediately at home. While everything is on your doorstep, once inside and away to the 4th floor in the charming antique lift, it is an ideal sanctuary of calm. Our teens just loved being able to stroll around effortlessly, right in the middle of it all! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

A beautifully decorated apartment in the heart of Florence. It's a rare combination of traditional furnishings and up-to-date plumbing and electrical systems. Everything works! Alessandra provided directions, met us on arrival, explained everything about the apartment, and gave us good restaurant recommendations. The location was within walking distance of all the major sites, as well as restaurants, cafes, shopping. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful and great location

We loved this apartment! So cute, great kitchen for cooking, comfy beds (firm which I like) and the location was perfect. We could pretty much walk everywhere. Alessandra and her daughter were both super welcoming and helpful, and super responsive when we needed help with a small issue. There is a grocery 3 or so blocks away which was very handy, and we loved the jams and cakes she left for us too! I would very highly recommend this clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated apartment - a great home away from home!

Wonderful Apartment

An absolute gem of a property from which to enjoy the splendor of Florence. Spacious, beautifully furnished with all the amenities you'll need for your stay. Centrally located just steps away from the Piazza del Duomo. There are plenty of places to eat nearby as well as markets to get groceries, helpfully described in materials at the apartment. The lift made transferring luggage easy. Alessandra was a delightful host who welcomed us on arrival and who takes pride in her home and the apartment. Would definitely want to stay here again the next time we visit this beautiful city!

Everything about my stay in Florence was perfect. City itself is amazing and hard to believe that this much art was created there and is still available for us to see and enjoy. But the apartment was a big part of the overall experience. All the modern conveniences in the beautiful and very elegant setting. Owner very responsive to all of our needs from the very first e-mail to the end of our stay. And one can not dream of better location to enjoy the city. Everything was just perfect.

The Cornerstone

The property is amazing, centrally located and walking distance to everything, restaurants right around the corner, communication with host extremely fast. We are planning our next trip and this location will be a must. No other place in Florence -- Alessandras gem it is.
