Best Ever

The house was the best we have stayed in. The enclosed garden suited us so well and was safe for our dogs. The location is also good being only 5min walk to town centre , restaurants and bars.

Très bonne location dans laquelle rien ne manque. Situation idéale : au calme et à 10-15 minutes à pied par la voie verte ombragée du centre ville et de la ville close. Très bon accueil à l'agence et à l'écoute des besoins, je la recommande en plus de la location ! Nous n'avons eu pour notre part aucun problème d'odeur durant ces 10jours. Merci et au plaisir !

Bonsoir, vous nous avez signalé des remontées par la douche , alors nous y sommes allés après vous samedi et il n'y avait pas d'odeurs. Maintenant il y a pu en avoir dans la semaine dues à la sècheresse , comme un peu partout en ville et nous en sommes désolés par contre que veut dire JARDIN HORRIBLE ? vous n'avez pas abordé le sujet avec nous et franchement c'est un jardin tout à fait normal et entretenu merci de développer ... Quant à la véranda , il peut y faire chaud effectivement mais nous avons aussi un été à part...et les baies vitrées s'ouvrent Nous sommes au bureau toute la semaine et à l'écoute des clients mais ce serait sympa de savoir en direct ce qui ne va pas plutôt que de l'apprendre par un avis bonne continuation cathy et alex

Tolle Lage, Garten mit Sonne und Schatten, Wintergarten abends gemütlich. Auto steht an der Straße - je nach was in der Stadt los ist — kann es schwierig sein, einen Parkplatz zu finden. Die Nachbarin ist sehr nett und hilft gerne.

Eine wunderbare Lage des Objektes, man ist fussläufig in 10 min am Hafen, im Zentrum, an der Ville Close, ruhige Lage, im Garten kann man herrlich entspannen. Bei Regen sitzt man prima im Wintergarten. Für den Hund ideal der geschlossene Garten.

-petite maison totalement conforme aux photos mises en ligne.-emplacement idéal: centre ville à 8mn à pied, plage à 12 mn.-très propre,-est parfaitement adaptée pour un couple e 1 ou2 personnes,-jardin très agréable avec de l'ombre-accueil de l'agence irréprochable: sourire, gentillesse et compétence,Bref, vous pouvez réserver sans hésitation si la maison vous plait. Hébergement charmant, avec une véranda spacieuse et agréable à l'arrivée des beaux jours.En cuisine, tout le nécessaire pour les gourmets (ustensiles, casseroles, cocotte minute et faitouts, piques et pince à crustacés, cafetière, petit congélateur, ... ) Et de nombreuses petites attentions très appréciables (café, essuie-tout,...).Matelas confortables dans les chambres. Salle de bain refaite à neuf.Propreté irréprochable partout.Jardin très bien entretenu et adorable, avec un cerisier splendide, des fleurs, un endroit agréable pour déjeuner...Emplacement idéal à 2 pas (moins de 10 min) du centre ville, dans un quartier calme résidentiel.Personnes de l'agence réactives et très professionnelles.Merci pour l'accueil !

Tolle Woche!

Das Häuschen ist wie beschrieben und wohnlich eingerichtet. Man wohnt in freundlicher Nachbarschaft im ruhigen Wohnviertel, mit großem Garten, schön für Mensch und Hund. Parken kann man in der Straße frei, vor oder nahe des Häuschens. Über einen parkähnlichen Holweg (wohl ehemalige Bahntrasse) ist man zu Fuss in ca. 10 min im Zentrum. In der Küche eventuell die Kochutensilien etwas auffrischen, ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Schöne Zeit euch allen!

Sehr begeistert

Die Lage der FeWo mit dem kleinen Garten davor war perfekt, zum Stadtzentrum 10 Gehminuten, zum Wasser 15 Minuten, dabei aber in einer ruhigen Gegend gelegen. Die Wohnung war gemütlich eingerichtet, über 2 Etagen und mein Highlight, sie hatte einen Wintergarten, über den man direkt in den Garten gehen kann. Wirklich klasse. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gern wieder. : )

joli gite exterieur et interieur.annimaux accepter bien situer a cote de la ville close par la voie verte joli coin de nature si vous passer par concarneau nous vous recommandons ce gite. pas tres loin de lieux touristique

Ferienhaus Concarneau

Hübsches Ferienhaus in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Wir verbrachten sehr schöne Ferien in einer tollen Umgebung. Concarneau ist als Standort sehr zu empfehlen . Auch dieses Ferienhaus würde ich immer wieder buchen

Es passte alles zusammen

Super Lage und ruhig; zum Zentrum, zur Close Ville und zum Strand war alles in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Uns hat die Gartennutzung gut gefallen und es gab sehr hilfsbereite Nachbarn. Ein Parkplatz im Umfeld des Hauses war immer gegeben. Die Größe des Hauses für 2 Personen war gut, max. noch 1-2 Kinder. Stauraum war knapp und das Haus sehr Hellhörigkeit. Ein unkomplizierter Kontakt mit der Agentur . Jederzeit würden wir wiederkommen.

schönes Ferienhaus in Concarneaux

Super Lage des Ferienhauses in Concarneaux - Innenstadt und Strand fußläufig bzw. mit dem Fahrrad gut erreichbar. Schöner Garten mit Schatten. Gemütliches Ferienhaus, in dem es an nichts gefehlt hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Une petite maison adorable

La maison est très agréable avec un très beau jardin ombragé et bien clôt de murs. On se sent comme dans un cocon! Très proche du centre ville, du marché et de la ville close; seule la plage est sensiblement moins accessible que ne le dit l’annonce.(1km5 avec une bonne côte à remonter à pieds). La plage est par contre facilement accessible en voiture avec de nombreuses places de parking. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!
