The Beach House at Sandgate Right on the beach

This recently modernised and extended Queen Anne House sits on the beach at Sandgate and enjoys uninterrupted sea views. There is direct access from the house and garden onto the pedestrian promenade and beach. The house itself has been updated to include four double bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom. The Lounge/Kitchen/Dining area opens directly onto the sea facing deck. In the basement is a further kitchen/Utility room which can be used when catering for larger numbers. Also in the basement is a room with a piano, along with a number of board games and Smart TV/DVD player. The kitchen area on the ground floor has recently been upgraded.
PLEASE NOTE THAT FOR STAYS IN EXCESS OF ONE WEEK YOU SHOULD CONTACT THE OWNER FOR ACCURATE PRICING. ESSENTIALLY THE PRICE OF A TWO WEEK STAY IS TWICE THAT OF A ONE WEEK STAY, AND SO ON.
