It features a ground floor with a living-dining room with a fireplace and access to the porch, two bedrooms with two single beds each, a full bathroom with shower, and an open-plan kitchen equipped with everything you need to feel at home (oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, toaster, kitchen utensils, etc.). A spacious suite with a full bathroom with shower and access to a terrace with lovely garden views is located on the first floor.
The villa boasts a pleasant 800m² plot with a private 4x8m swimming pool, a barbecue area, and a garage.
Air conditioning is installed in all three bedrooms, and Wi-Fi is available.
