Located in an area with gardens and all kinds of services cafeteria, restaurant, two large swimming pools in addition to a playground and an outdoor gym for adults. Shops and good restaurants nearby. It has a living room with sea views separated from the kitchen by an American bar, which is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, induction cooker, oven, microwave, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher and washer-dryer in addition of a bedroom with sea views, a bathroom and a terrace of 9m. Ideal for 1 to 4 people. We have a bed with two 1.05 x 2 bed bases, (separable if desired), that is to say, it has a width of 2.10 cm, in addition to a double sofa bed. Catalina is a great host, she was here to welcome us and answered all our questions The appartment is big enough for 4 people, and well equipped. It is also very well located to visit the island!I recommend 100%!

The best view!

This apartment was very nicely done and decorated. Everything worked perfectly. The pool is gigantic and amazing. Everything was very clean and comfortable! Catalina is amazing! Do not hesitate to rent this one!

It’s a shame, because the apartment itself would have been perfect for what we needed – but unfortunately, Catalina is not a great host. Our experience was disappointing from the start. Communication with Catalina prior to our arrival was poor, which left us feeling unprepared. Check-in was disorganized and stressful. After our stay, we were accused of & charged for damaging items we never even used. This added unnecessary stress to an already unpleasant experience.

Perfect

Catalina and Marina were perfect hosts and the apartment is beautiful and very well kitted out with all the amenities and tastefully decorated so we had everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay. The communication was excellent and they were very accomodating to our needs. I cannot rate this property highly enough if you are planning a trip to Ibiza. The location is excellent with a great view from the balcony, good shops nearby, is very quiet yet just a short walk away from shops, restaurants and pubs. Also you've the choice of 3 excellent swimming pools or dropping into the sea from adjacent beach or rocky shoreline. Highly recommend the rooftop bar with infinity pool to enjoy the sunsets!

Lovely restaurants nearby

Nice apartment. Useful to have (reasonably priced) car parking - ask for it. Nice also to have balcony with a sea view. Tip: best beach, Es Port d'Es Torrent, is a 12 minute walk (900m) to the West, come out of the complex and go right (google doesn't show it, but there's a walkway though.) Same direction, 2 fabulous restaurants: 'Can Esmerelda' and 'Can Pujol' very near. Pizza restauranton site too. Nice pizza, inc takeaway. The town with the usual hustle and bustle, bars etc are only 2 mins away to the East. Didn't use the pool, cannot comment on it, but it was used and it looked ok.

Property is nice

Overall, the property is ok. We got surprised with a 48 euros extra charge even though the USA VRBO property listing and receipt do not say that extra money needed to be paid. According to the host, email was sent highlighting the additional charges based on special taxes. Host resent email ( originally not received) and we did paid. VRBO receipt does not show that 48 euros needed to be paid so even though the money is not much, the surprise was not pleasant. We did not have extra charges in Toledo with other property so there is unclear if this is a host or a software issue. On my mind, the host needs to know how receipts are generated for the USA users. It looks website works different in Spain. Given the price is lower for Spain, it looks like the taxes are included in USA. In addition to that, property parking cannot be used and street parking close to property is challenging. Therefore, this issue is an inconvenient, if you are moving suitcases or beach items from a car to the property. The building has apartments managed by a hotel and those guests can use parking internal to the properties. We recommend the host to address both issues: charge the money of the taxes up front if they want to increase price and resolve the parking issue. The fact that the property is nice and Ibiza is amazing made the overall experience good

Mooi appartement.

Schoon en netjes. Heel compleet appartement , fijne douche. Goed contact met de eigenaresse. Enige minpuntje is dat er geen zonwering is op het terras waardoor je er ‘s avonds voor de zonsondergang niet kan zitten vanwege de warmte.

ESTANCIA EXCELENTE

Es la primera vez que visitamos Ibiza alojandonos en apartamento y ha sido excelente. Desde el primer momento la comunicación con Catalina, la propietaria, ha sido directa y fluida. Nos facilitó la llegada y nos recibió ella misma explicando las comodidades del apartamento. Así cómo hablándonos de donde podríamos hacer la compra o comer. Al ser el quinto año que vamos a la isla nos ha sido muy fácil movernos y la ubicación es estupenda. Es una zona tranquila pero cercana a comercios y a las calas más bonitas. Además, desde el balcón ves cada día la maravillosa puesta de sol. Dispone además de una piscina comunitaria muy bien cuidada. Aunque también tienes la posibilidad de bañarte en la piscina del apartahotel de al lado. El apartamento en si dispone de todo tipo de comodidades y utensilios básicos para el día a día. Está decorado con mucho gusto y es muy acogedor. Sin duda, y sobretodo si la economía lo permite, estaremos encantados de volver a alojarnos en este mismo alojamiento. La

Estancia excelente y muy confortable.

Apartamento pequeño pero muy confortable. Con todo lujo de detalles y vistas al mar. Cocina totalmente equipada. aire acondicionado, Internet rápido, piscinas en el complejo, urbanización tranquila, etc. La zona es ideal si vas con vehículo propio. Perfekte Wohnung

Direkt beim Check-Inn began der Urlaub. Man fühlte sich angekommen und konnte sofort jeden Moment geniessen. Zentral gelegen und eine traumhafte Aussicht verschönerte jeden Tag den Urlaub. Es wird nicht das letzte mal gewesen sein das wir dort waren. Danke an Catalina

Super clean apartment with everything you need for a fabulous holiday

Catalina is an amazing host - so speedy with communication. The apartment is excellent - had everything we needed and in a great location. Everything in walking distance, eg, restaurants, supermarket, beach and 2 swimming pools to choose from. The buses run really frequently and are great value. Amazing sunset from the balcony every evening. It is our first trip to Ibiza and we will definitely return. Top tip for eating out has to be The Skinny Kitchen!

Appartement bien situé, bien agencé, bien decoŕé, bien équipé. Beaux couchers de soleil. Belle piscine. Catalina disponible et arrangeante. Tout était très bien. Je reviendrai sans hésiter. (Pour information loueur de scooter à 100 m (TurboRent port des torrent) très bien, bon prix.).

Fantastic Apartment with beautiful sunsets on balcony

This is a beautiful apartment which is perfect for two people. The apartment has all the amenities you need and a unobstructed balcony that overlooking the sea which has a beautiful sunset every night. There two large swimming pools that can be used with loungers and canopies available. Would highly recommend this beautiful apartment

Heerlijk verblijf

Genoten van het uitzicht, echt een groot pluspunt. Communicatie met Catalina was duidelijk en ze reageert altijd snel. Het appartement is niks op aan te merken. Heerlijk verblijf gehad.
