Detached house with rustic decoration, located on a private plot of 1. 200mt., Air conditioning and central heating. It has a double bedroom and two single bedrooms with bunk beds, (for six people), fully equipped, in a rural and quiet environment two kilometers from Chiclana de la Frontera. Large fireplace in the living room. It has a private pool with shower, sun loungers. Barbecue, private garden with swings, table football, table tennis, basketball basket. 43-inch TV, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, ironing board, large enclosed front porch with windows. All the windows and doors of the house have mosquito nets. Garage with roof. The pool is fenced with fence of half height and door to prevent the access of minors. Next to the swimming pool there is a complete toilet.

At 1.5km. there is an open commercial area where we can find: Supermarket Mercadona, Lidl, Dia, Aldi; Restoration area Burguer King, Mc `Donalds, Foster Hollywood, and other establishments where tapas and eating. We also found a multiplex.
Easy access to the city center and good access to other roads by road.

Villa was well equiped and nicely decorated, pool was excellent . Location was slightly remote but didn't bother us at all. Isabel was very helpful , all in all would recommend this villa.

Wunderbare saubere, gepflegte Villa mit Pool, großem Garten und Carport. Sehr freundliche und akkurate Gasgeber. Wasserflaschen, Cola und Bier befanden sich bei Ankunft im Schrank bzw. Kühlschrank. Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und insb. für Familien top. Einziges Manko: Die unmittelbare Umgebung ist wenig attraktiv.Ferner ist ein Auto wegen der Distanzen zum Stadtkern und den traumhaften Stränden Pflicht, zu Fuß sind das schon kleinere Wanderungen.Wir waren sehr glücklich dort und hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub.

Sehr tolles Haus. Waren schon das zweite Mal dort. Richtig schöne Anlage, toller Pool und viele Möglichkeiten zur Unterhaltung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Kommunikation mit der Inhaberin war immer top und schnell. Increíble estancia en familia

Solo tengo palabras buenas y de agradecimiento, tanto con el trato de Isabel y su marido, que en todo momento han estado atentos a todo en nuestra estancia. Respecto a la casa no le falta detalle, desde menaje de cocina , a zonas de juegos, pasando por la hermosa y limpia piscina, habitaciones geniales , en resumen ha sido una estancia de 10 , recomiendo y desde luego repetiremos sin duda!! Tolles, ruhiges Haus in Chiclana

Es war ein schönes Haus mit allem was man braucht. Großer Pool, Tischtennis, Basketball, Dart, Schaukel, Wippe, Tischfußball. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Kontakt mit der Besitzerin war immer freundlich. Es ist alles gut verlaufen. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Vielen Dank

Casa en Chiclana

Hemos estado muy bien, la casa excelente, muy cuidada y tiene de todo. Mejor incluso que las fotos y esta ubicada en una zona muy tranquila. La piscina genial. Isabel y su marido son unos anfitriones excelentes, han estado pendientes todo el rato por si necesitabamos algo. Recomendable al 100 x 100. Muchas gracias por todo.

Casa espectacular.

Casa muy comoda para pasar unos días inolvidables. La casa es tal cual se muestra en el anuncio, tiene todo lo necesario y en un estado impecable, cosa que no pasa siempre. Una piscina maravillosa, con hamacas y sombrillas. Rodeada de césped, con muchos opciones/servicios para que mayores y niños puedan entretenerse, jugar y disfrutar. (canasta basket, mesa ping-pong, futbolin, dardos, futbol...) Las camas son comidas, con servicio de sabanas y toallas en muy buen estado. La casa muy limpia. No se me ocurre ningun pero. Los dueños pendientes ante cualquier problema que pueda surgir. En resumen, casa de diez. Salimos de allí con la seguridad de que repetiremos. Muchas gracias.

Sitio ideal para pasar unos días con la familia

La casa es muy cómoda y está muy bien pensada. Está repleta de actividades para niños y no tan niños: * Piscina * Canasta baloncesto *. Columpios * Mesa de ping-pong * Cama elástica * Césped muy grande, plano y bien cortado ideal para jugar al futbol o cualquier otra cosa. * Futbolín * Smart TV * Aire acondicionado * Mosqueteras en todas las habitaciones y en la entrada a la casa. Muy limpia y comoda. Los únicos pequeños peros que no son un gran problema son: * El internet es rural, con lo que para ver Netflix y demás funciona bien pero si necesitas hacer alguna conferencia necesitaras tirar de móvil (la cobertura es muy buena) para tener una velocidad estable. * La piscina es bastante fría. Fuimos a finales de abril (uno caluroso), y nos costó meternos. Entiendo que en verano no será ningún problema e incluso se agradecerá.

Schöne, ruhig gelegene Familienunterkunft

Isabel hat uns freundlich empfangen und alles erklärt. Das Haus entsprach voll unseren Erwartungen aufgrund der Bilder und auch die Ausstattung hatte alles was man benötigt in ausreichender Menge. Unser Lieblingsplatz war - nach dem Pool - der große, überdachte Wintergarten, in dem wir alle Mahlzeiten eingenommen haben. Der Pool wurde 2x die Woche gereinigt. Man braucht für diese Unterkunft definitiv ein Auto, da es in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet etwas außerhalb liegt.
