The property is situated in a very calm blind alley in the hills of Les Issambres. The beaches, restaurants and the town center of Les Issambres are jam-free reachable within several minutes by car.
The villa in modern style offers a living space of about 200 m2 distributed on two levels and furnished with taste.
In detail the following rooms are available:
- large living room with fireplace and TV, DVD player, HiFi (international TV channels)
- dining room
- adjacent to a spacious and full equipped kitchen
- laundry room with washing machine and dryer
- the living room and the dining room opens onto a beautiful and very large terrace with several seats and an impressive sea view
- independent studio, bed size 140 x 200 cm, kitchenette and a shower room with sink and WC
Upper floor:
- entrance hall
- bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm) and sea view
- bedroom with double bed (140 x 200 cm) and sea view
- bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and sea view
- two bathrooms with bath, sink and WC
The beautiful swimming pool with the size 9 x 4 m is located on a lower level. Several deck chairs are available to enjoy the breathtaking sea view. A pool alarm is of course installed.
The plot with a surface of 1.500 m² is completely closed and offers an electric entrance door. In front of the main entrance 4-5 cars can be parked. A charging station is available against fees.
