Parasio penthouse with large terrace and splendid sea view

The apartment is located in a wonderful area, where you can enjoy total relaxation.
The house is located near the center of Porto Maurizio, where you can find all kinds of shops, cinemas, bars, restaurants and entertainment venues. The apartment, which I renovated with quality materials in 2004, is located in a building that had been redesigned and rebuilt by Renzo Piano about thirty years ago, and is located directly on the main square of Parasio, the medieval old town, very picturesque and quaint.
The house is absolutely suitable for families with children as there is a room to themselves with two single beds.
The nearest beaches are about 500 meters away, reachable by scenic alleys and stairs from the square where the apartment is located, on top of a small hill.
If you do not want to face the climb on foot, the area is served by a local line of electric buses, the circular line B1, which every half hour free to link all the various beaches of Porto Maurizio with the Parasio square.
The house is located within the ZTL Parasio (Limited Traffic Zone), which means that you can enter and leave the same with the car every day only during the hours between 08:00 am and 10:00 am, from 03:00 pm to 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm to 1:00 am.
If you come by car, it is necessary that you communicate to me the license plate number so that I can inform the local police: this will allow you to load and unload luggage at any time, limited to the days of arrival and departure. A few steps away there is ample parking.
Taxis can enter and exit the ZTL at any time.
Just below the house there is a typical Ligurian restaurant (fish specialties), Osteria dell'Olio Grosso, where you can enjoy a pleasant dinner in the open air.
The start of the new cycle path is 1 km away from the house (Prino area): you can cycle for about 30 km to Bordighera enjoying breathtaking views and stopping at one of the beautiful beaches along the way.
