WALK TO THE BEACH-- CUTE 2 BEDROOM CONDO

WE RENT WEEKLY IN THE SUMMER BUT IF IT IS CLOSE TO THE DATE AND WE HAVE OPENINGS, WE WILL RENT FEWER NIGHTS. EMAIL IF YOU ARE INTERESTED AND I WILL SEND AN OFFER
Unit C is a two bedroom, one bath, 2nd floor condo. It is 900 square feet. It has a nice open living dining area. We have a full kitchen with all the necessary cooking things and a washer/dryer. Unit C has a downstairs patio with a BBQ and a lovely little porch upstairs. There is a garage for parking and storing beach items. Our place is comfortable and cute without fancy things to worry about. Leave your worries at home.

Mini-Vacation in Carpinteria

Enjoyed our stay at this two bedroom condo...light and bright a couple of blocks from the beach. Had everything we needed for a short get-away.

Great summer family beach week

Beach was the main event. Evenings at home featured board games and conversation. *SO convenient to get to good restaurants on Linden! Unexpectedly great live music on Wednesday Eve and Friday Eve right on the Linden main drag. We chose this location because of a canine family member.

Carp at its best

My husband and I spent a lovely week at this condo. We loved the location! Short walk to the beach and into town. We were glad to me on the second floor. The porch was our happy spot! The gentle breezes on a sunny day were simply lovely. Lots of time to enjoy coffee and a good book. The landlord was very helpful. Guests staying in other units were friendly. We would book again.

Restful retreat

perfect size for Mom, me and the dog to get away. Nice to have garage for ease of unloading. Plenty of room - patio, balcony, bistro table and dining table! I love hearing the Amtrak train whistles throughout the day!

A Wonderful Beach Getaway!!!

Such a fantastic place to stay for a beach vacation!!! Wonderful wood floors, nice size kitchen and living area and a wonderful patio area to barbecue and entertain. The location was perfect and was just a short walk to the best beach!!! Our place was well stocked with towels, kitchen utensils, and everything you need to start a vacation!! Whenever we needed anything, Kathy was easy to get a hold of and was on it immediately! Would definitely love to stay again! Thank you so much!

Great location, cozy, friendly owners

We had a great time at this location! Perfect for our family of 4(including 1 fur baby). Very short walk to the beach and local shops and restaurants. When I was having some issues with the WIFi I contacted the owners and they were more than happy to fix it immediately. Definitely will stay here again! Thanks for helping make our family vacation so enjoyable.

I stayed for the past year at this unit and had just the best time. The unit was the perfect size, with two bedrooms and a couch that pulled out into a bed in the living room. It was walking distance from the beach as well as Linden street which contained grocery stores, restaurants, and many other cute stores!! I loved living here and if anyone is on the fence about choosing this unit or not I would say GO FOR IT!! You won't regret it and you will find yourself discovering this little town to be "paradise" as I found it to be.
