Brand new apartment 250 meters from the sea, largely sunny, just renovated with private parking space and excellent view!
Located in the heart of Levanto 200 meters from the railway station, with an area of 85 square meters it is located on the third floor with lift and views of the village and hills.
It consists of a living room, large kitchen, double bedroom and twin bedroom with parquet flooring, bathroom with shower, closet, entrance hall, corridor and terrace! Equipped with dishes, sheets, towels, washing machine and color TV.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage
Im Oktober 2018 verbrachten wir zwei Wochen in der Ferienwohnung.
Der Kontakt mit Alberto vor Urlaubsbeginn war sehr gut. Er hat sehr schnell auf alle Fragen geantwortet. Leider haben wir Ihn nicht persönlich kennengelernt. Sein Vater hat ihn jedoch perfekt vertreten.
Wir haben die Wohnung so vorgefunden, wie sie beschrieben wurde. Sie ist jedoch größer, als sie auf den Fotos erscheint. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und die Küche mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Lediglich der Dichtgummi am Kühl- Gefrierschrank scheint nicht mehr ganz in Ordnung zu sein. Der Gefrierschrank vereist - trotz eingestellter Stufe 2 - sehr schnell.
Die Schlafräume liegen an der der Straße abgewandten Seite, so dass eventueller Verkehrslärm uns nicht gestört hat.
Zu der Wohnung gehört ein Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Wir haben unser Auto überhaupt nicht benötigt, da alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Umgebung mit der Bahn erreichbar sind und der Bahnhof in 5 Minuten Fußweg Entfernung liegt. Geschäfte, Restaurants und der Strand von Levanto sind fußläufig erreichbar.
Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Perfect location
Comfortable apartment and is actually larger than it looks in photos. Alberto was waiting to greet us and let us check in early and on the last day his father came to drive us to the train station,which is just a 10 minute walk, because it was raining.Very clean but could use a kettle and instructions to the washing machine. Also there is no wifi.
Overall we certainly enjoyed our stay.

Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour, l'appartement est bien situé pour visiter le parc national des "cinque terre". Il est près de la gare, des commerces, et la plage est à environ 400 m. A recommander !!!

Résidence très bien située, très agréable et confortable, Alberto et ses parents sont adorable (dommage le barrage de la langue, malgré tout nous nous sommes bien débrouillés pour échanger selon nos besoins) A recommander absolument!!!!

Totalement conforme à la proposition de la location
appartement spacieux , lumineux , assez bien situé pour une visite complète des cinq terre en raison de la proximité des moyens de locomotion ( train notamment) .
