It has 3 cosy bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (both with shower tray); the master bedroom with double bed of 1.50 x 1.90 and en suite bathroom and a second bedroom with double bed and a third bedroom with 2 single beds. Living-dining room very luminous thanks to the large windows and with direct access to the outside area. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher so you have everything you need to enjoy with your family and friends.



The villa Esperanza offers services that we know are important to you such as wifi service, Smart TV, 42-inch HD with the possibility of Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, HBO (you need to be a user to access the applications), satellite TV, air conditioning and barbecue. This accommodation is equipped with individual parking space and private and independent entrance.

The villa was amazing, clean, spacious and very well furnished. Pool area & sun loungers great. The beds were really comfortable too. It’s in a really quiet area, mini market 2 min walk. Communication with the agents was brilliant and very efficient! La villa era increíble: limpia, espaciosa y muy bien amueblada. La zona de la piscina y las tumbonas eran fantásticas. Las camas también eran muy cómodas. Está en una zona muy tranquila, con un mini-mercado a 2 minutos a pie. La comunicación con los agentes fue excelente y muy eficiente. A few more utensils, serving bowls and oven baking trays would’ve been helpful, but not essential. Unos cuantos utensilios más, cuencos para servir y bandejas para horno habrían sido de ayuda, pero no eran indispensables.

Schöne Unterkunft mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern

Die Villa entsprach der Beschreibung auf der Homepage. Ruhige Lage, sieht man von zwei Partys der Nachbarn ab. Schön wäre, wenn sich alle Gäste an die Vorgabe (22h bis 10h Ruhe) halten würden. Luft nach oben gibt es bei der Küchenausstattung. Abgezählte 6 Gabeln, Messer, Teller etc. sind für diesen Preis zu wenig. Auch das Mobiliar ist teilweise (witterungsbedingt) in die Jahre gekommen. Unschlagbar schön ist der beheizbare Pool. Wir würden wieder kommen!

Schöne Ferienunterkunft am Rande von Playa Blanca

Schön eingerichtetes Haus abseits des Massentourismus. Hervorzuheben ist, dass es sehr sauber war und die wirklich großartige Kommunikation mit der Vermietung. Extrem freundlich und fix bei der Beantwortung aller Fragen und Anliegen. Hier war der Service wirklich überragend! Einziger Wermutstropfen war der Nachbar (Haus im Privatbesitz), der extrem laut seine Musik aufdrehte und mitsang. Das führte zu Diskussionen, die man gerne vermeiden möchte. Zu seiner Verteidigung muss man sagen, dass er nach dem letzten Gespräch sich entschuldigte und die Musik nicht mehr aufdrehte.

Está excelente, una villa muy cómoda , piscina impecable, agua a temperatura ideal. Todo lo necesario para cocina plancha etc. Todo nuevo.

Amazing villa with everything you need

Amazing villa with everything you need. The pool was great and we also had a BBQ which you don't always get with other villas. The location is perfect, it is a 25 min walk into town but there are taxis close byhire a car. The owners were great with anything we neededany questions we had, can't wait to come back.

The villa was lovely and clean, the outside space was amazing. The pool area was clean and the pool lovely and warm. If I could make one suggestion it would be to add cushions to the outside patio chairs. Apart from that it was lovely. Ideal location if you just wanted peace and quiet. I would definitely book this villa again.

Lovely villa , modern and well equip. Heated pool well recieved. Managers very helpful and attentive . 😀 Could be improved with quality beds . 🛌 40 minute walk to Playa Blanca, or €4 in a taxi.🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️ Overall a fabulous holiday.
