This family apartment is located in a quiet place in Split. Croatia's second largest city and capital of Dalmatia Region. Split is close to Trogir and Omis. From here, you can easily go sightseeing to Split or Trogir or go on a day trip to Plitvice Lakes, Krka Waterfalls, Dubrovnik, Mostar, Blue Cave, Hvar, Island Dalmatia. It is 15 minutes' walk from the sea and 3 km from the city center. There is a garden right next to the apartment where you can sit down and enjoy your coffee in the morning or rest after a trip, getting to know the city or evening chat. Right next to it is a Dalmatian-type BBQ, where we can prepare traditional (gradele wooden grill) meat or fish upon request for a fee. A supermarket, a pharmacy, a bank, a cafe are located a few minutes from the apartment. Likewise, bus stops that will take you directly to the city center and back to the opposite side of the road from the entrance, bus number (18) goes every 20 minutes.
Apartment with separate kitchen on the ground floor which is equipped with cooking utilities and dish for serving food and drinks including coffee machine. One bedroom with double bed (size 180x200) with an air condition which is located on the first floor. There is separate bathroom with washing machine.All the amnesties what is listed. If you have any special requirements I will do my best

Split first time visit

The owner was very thoughtful...had food items for us to enjoy and other little amenities. The apt is located about 5 to 10 on bus from city center. Would highly recommended this place

Gut aufgehoben in Split

Ausserordentlich freundlicher Empfang durch Tom. In der Küche und im Kühlschrank erwarteten uns bereits Zutaten für ein reichhaltiges Frühstück und Zwischenmahlzeiten. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Eigener Parkplatz. Wenige Minuten zu Fuss zu guten Busverbindungen ins Zentrum (10 Minuten Fahrt). Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft und danken Tom nochmals für seine Liebenswürdigkeit und die guten Tipps.

A lovely cosy apartment for two.

This apartment was perfect for us, it was very cosy, it had everything we needed. Tom the owner had put lots of tasty things in our fridge for breakfasts during our stay. There was a bowl of fresh fruit, even ice creams in the freezer. Nothing was too much trouble. Tom came round and gave us lots of information about the local bus service and places of interest for us to visit. One day he even gave us a lift down to the local beach. Some days we walked down but always got a no 15 bus back as the hill is very steep. There is a little bread shop a few doors away and several mini markets within a few mins. Split is a beautiful city and this is a great apartment to make as your base for exploring all around. It is us a mostly residential area, that felt very friendly and safe. Thanks Tom for everything. PS I loved that it had a washer!! I got everything washed and dried before going home!! Brilliant

Schöner Urlaub

Hatten einen schönen Kroatien Urlaub. Die Anliegerwohnung liegt zentral und wenige Gehminuten zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Eine Bäckerei ist sogar direkt in der Straße. Parken ist direkt vor dem Haus möglich, wenn nicht alles zugeparkt war. Die Wohnung ist schön und für zwei Personen ideal. Das Schlafzimmer ist klimatisiert. Gastgeber sind wirklich sehr nett. Tom stand mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Klare Empfehlung!

Lovely property!

Perfect for a couple! Safe neighborhood & easy access to city buses. Suite was spotlessly clean, bed comfy, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, private entrance & patio. Also appreciated having a clothes washing machine in bathroom. Tom, our host, was fantastic. He picked us up from the airport, & stocked the fridge with treats & fruit for our stay. He also gifted us with keepsakes from Croatia! His father also helped out & drove us to Split's harbor for our next departure. Highly recommend to stay & would come again!

A very clean and comfortable apartment in a delightful Split neighbourhood. Highly recommended.

I and my partner spent a week in the Lavender apartment and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The apartment had everything we needed, was within walking distance from the beach and had easy access to the city centre and the harbour. Our landlord, Tom, was exceptionally helpful from the moment we arrived which made the stay all the more relaxing and pleasurable. The neighbourhood was local, welcoming and friendly with easy access to local amenities including shops, restaurants and bars. The city itself is beautiful and the surrounding countryside and coastline are spectacular. Unfortunately a week was not enough to do all that we wanted. We did have time, however, to swim, relax on the beach, visit the Parc Suma Marjan and the Krka national park (where we swam at the foot of the waterfall), take a day boat tour of the Adriatic islands and spend many hours in the city centre which was vibrant and entertaining with restaurants, bars, music and places to relax. I will continue recommending both our accommodation and the city to family and friends.

It's peacfull area , safe for kids , fresh air , not much traffic , its close to beach or center of town it's on good position in Split and I grow up here, and it means alot to me every time I come back it speaks for it self .
