Green Garden apartment

Modern apartment is located in quiet and safe area, on excellent location only twenty minutes on foot from all attractions, restaurants, beaches and nightclubs. On your disposal is big private garden with barbecue for you to enjoy. We offer free private parking.

THE SPACE
Two-bedroom apartment with beautiful big garden and outdoor barbecue where you can enjoy grilling fish or meat and enjoy your drinks under the clear sky.
We can accommodate up to 5 people.
There is one master bedroom with double bed (160x200), second bedroom with single bed (90x200), living room with sofa bed (160x200), dining room with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower, washing machine, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, etc.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests can use whole of the property. Outdoor barbecue is ready for you to fire it up as soon as you enter the property.

NEIGHBORHOOD
Peaceful and safe part of town only 20 minutes on foot from all city attractions.
There are two supermarkets within 50 meters from the apartment, also pharmacy and ambulance is 100 meters far.
Most popular city beach Bačvice is 15 minutes on foot.
Nearby is the ferry port, train station and the bus station (15 min walk) in case you would like to escape for a short period of time from the city noise you can always visit number of islands around city of Split.

It was a little difficult to find, but once we did we were welcomed by Nick the owner. He was a fantastic host! He offered us a cold beer and spent time sharing his knowledge of Split and recommending the best sights to see. The apartment is about a 25 minute walk to the waterfront and Old Town Split. There is a Tommy food market just three minutes from the apartment which worked well for us.

Wonderful Stay

Warm welcome from the owner who offered us beers and treats for the kids while he sat down with us to give our family some info about his city. The apartment is spacious, very clean and well equipped. The terrace downstairs allowed the children a bit of space to play and run around while the adults could have an aperitif. Location is only 15-20 walk from the old town and 15 min from the famous Bacvice sandy beach. Or about a 5 euros taxi ride.Thank you!

Friendly Times

Loved our host who was friendly and enthusiastic about Croatia and in particular Split. Very helpful. Location was great, handy to old town whilst sitting just on the outside of the town. Really nice cafes and bar nearby. House very spacious and well equipped with everything needed to make you feel at home.

1st visit to Split

The accommodation was as described. Immaculately presented and very well equipped. The owner met us at our check in time and offered a cold beer and a chat about things to do in Split and the surrounding area, having a car parking space was perfect and we took day trips to Krka, Primošten and Zadar. All in all absolutely faultless and we would definitely return to this property.

Home away from Home!

To say the host was welcoming would be an understatement! He was accommodating in so many ways! Pointed out the parking spot, check in with beverages, tour maps, and great passionate discussion about touring Split and Croatia. His place is well appointed, impeccably clean and stocked with all the details anyone could need. We will definitely stay again. Our only regret- a 2 night stay instead of 7!!

Warm welcome made it special

This Garden Apt is an oasis in the middle of high-rise buildings. The property owner gave us a warm welcome upon arrival and equipped us with knowledge about the city, maps, and provided much-needed refreshment upon arrival. Proximity to grocery store was good. We were able to get to the beach and to the old city easily. Though we had a slightly hard time finding it with Google Maps. Recommend using gps coordinates to locate the place instead of address. We appreciated the great hospitality!

Excellent Location!

Our host, Hrvoje, was so gracious. He helped with our bags; he spent some time when we arrived to talk about his beautiful city and had a map and materials we could peruse. The apartment is beautiful and spacious. There were 2 bedrooms, good size kitchen and the living area was furnished with an 'L' shape sofa. The TV had apps for your viewing pleasure, but you'll need to interpret the words to get your logins in. ;-) The amenities were over the top. He has a very modern kitchen. The bathroom is large, and this is where the washer is located. Read that again - it's a washer. There are no dryers in the 2 locations we stayed in Croatia. His apartment building is surrounded by fencing, so for us 2 women, that gave us a sense of security. The gate was locked at all times. The garden area was so quaint. I wish we had more time in Split to actually enjoy it! The grocery store is less than a 1/2 block down, and the bus stop is across the street from the store. The location was so convenient to the Olde Town. We used an Uber to get to the apartment from the airport and we used one to leave for the airport! And if you didn't want to take the bus to the Olde Town, it's about a 20 minute walk - if you're not stopping every 20 feet to take pictures. :-) You can't miss with this apartment! We loved our host and our accommodations!

De accommodatie vinden was een beetje moeilijk omdat de navigatie ons naar de verkeerde plek wees. Maar door goede communicatie met de verhuurder, hebben we het toch snel gevonden en werden we hartelijk welkom geheten met een drankje en fijne tips voor de omgeving. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en de verhuurder bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Parkeerplek was altijd beschikbaar. Locatie is prima om de omgeving te ondekken. We raden een verblijf zeker aan, wij hebben ervan genoten.

Perfect Apartment

Hrvoje and his wife were superb hosts with a perfect welcome. There was nothing we were missing and they helped out with everything. The equipment is very good. The apartment is large and we could sit outside comfortably. We can definitely recommend a stay.

Nous avons parcouru une bonne partie de la Croatie ce fut notre meilleur hébergement. L endroit peut surprendre, c est une maison perdue au milieu d immeubles mais un quartier très calme. Notre propriétaire est venu nous chercher nous étions perdus. Nous fûmes très tres bien accueillis. Notre propriétaire est nous a apporté ses conseils pour nos visites, c était parfait. Nous avons grâce à lui découvert Sibenic, un très chouette moment d histoire. Nous recommandons vivement cet arrêt.

Heel leuk appartement, met de bus ben je in 5 minuten in het centrum van split, er is een supermarkt op 3 minuten loopafstand en de verhuurders zijn heel vriendelijk.

Well, most important for you dear guests is that I speak fine English and I will be available on viber/whatsupp from the day you make a reservation till the day you check out. (and afterwards if you really insist :))

Other than that, I love travelling, music and football.
My wife and I try to travel as much as we can and try stick to the motto: Eat well, Travel Often.

But not while ago a funny little kiddo called Marin joined our family, so for the time being our travel arrangements are on pause :).
