Highly recommended

A beautiful house with lots of space. The garden and the pool are also great and the location is ideal for starting excursions or going to the beach (by car). We felt very comfortable, also because of many other things: air conditioning in each bedroom, good beds, plenty of towels for the pool and the beach, a shadow parking lot etc. Many thanks, Carole and all the best to you and your family.

Bring everything with you or be prepared to buy stuff (08.2025)!Strengths of the property: the villa's location, pool, garden, porch, new and quiet silent conditioning, silence.Weaknesses: the interior furnishings are old and poorly functioning, as are the doors and windows, some of which don't even open. The equipment in the bathroom, kitchen, and bedrooms is substandard, especially considering the house is supposed to accommodate six people. Examples: one towel per person, a maximum of two for the entire stay, old and with holes, and one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom; no tablecloth or placemats in the kitchen, and very few pots and pans; not even oil, salt, and pepper; bedrooms with only one bedside table and one nightlight.The owners’s dogs, who live next door, roam freely in the garden, happening to do their poos and pees in the garden. When asked the owners to keep them in their own home, as one of us is very afraid of dogs, they just didn’t bother.The owners living aside were poorly helpful, and only speak French or Portuguese. We were yelled at and scolded by the rude lady at least twice for accidentally leaving the outside lights on at night.Lastly, the person listed on VRBO as the booking agent—the daughter of the owners who live on the adjacent property and who speaks a little Italian—never showed up in 15 days, making every possible excuse.So: bring everything, be ready to receive help, and turn off lights if you want to avoid unpleasant reprimands.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette magnifique maison. Tout était extrêmement propre et très bien équipé. Le jardin, avec sa superbe piscine, est tout simplement magnifique et l'ensemble de la propriété est très bien entretenu.Le cadre est calme, paisible et propice au repos et à la détente. De plus, les propriétaires ont été d'une grande gentillesse, très accueillants et attentionnés.Nous recommandons ce bien les yeux fermés et nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! Un grand merci pour tout.

Super Aufenthalt

Das Haus ist weit aus schöner als die Bilder es hier darstellen. Alle Räume sind groß und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Vermieter wohnen im Nachbarhaus und sind super herzlich. Die beiden super lieben grose Hund kommen ab und zu mal auf einen Besuch vorbei. Der Pool ist perfekt und wird super geflegt nur der Einstieg ist nicht sehr komfortable. Das Gelände rund herum ist mit vielen Blumen und den verschiedensten Obstbäumen bestückt. Wir waren 14 Tage dort und es ist sehr ruhig dort. Man sollte aber schon ein Auto dabei haben.Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt, wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Formidable !

Nous avons passé 2 semaines extraordinaires au calme tout en étant à proximité des plages et des lieux d activités. Nos hôtes nous ont donné de precieux conseils et ils mettent beaucoup d énergie pour maintenir la location à ce niveau. Je recommande et nous y reviendrons très certainement.

Jolie maison mais mal equipee

La maison est très spacieuse mais mal équipée pour 6 personnes notamment pour faire la cuisine et manger. Table trop petite, pas de couteau et d’ustensiles. La déco est franchement surannée. Le chien du propriétaire passe beaucoup de temps dans notre jardin. D’ailleurs les propriétaires habitent la maison contiguë (ce qui n’est pas précisé). Vraie déception: nous avions demandé une journée en moins sur la loc ce qui nous a été refuse, pas très sympa. L’environnement direct de la maison est sans intérêt (Moncarapacho) en revanche Fuseta est adorable. Une excellente surprise.

Villa agréable pour un séjour en famille au calme

Nous avons passé 15 très bons jours en famille. L'accueil de Jeannette et Carlos est au top, ils ont été aux petits soins sans être trop présents. La villa possède en plus une belle vue dégagée. La propriété est au calme, c'est ce que nous recherchions. Bref super séjour !

Au delà de nos attentes

Accueillis par des propriétaires avenants, serviables et attentifs au bien être de leurs locataires, nous avons passé 10 excellents jours dans cette maison typique de la région. La piscine est au top, bien entretenue, la maison offre 3 grandes chambres climatisées, bien utile en cas de grosses chaleurs.. Et cerise sur le gâteau, la vue sur mer depuis le balcon des chambres, inattendue. A quelques minutes de l’autoroute, situation idéale pour rejoindre rapidement les villes et plages en quelques minutes. Nous recommandons ce logement sans hésitation.

Propriétaire rentre dans la location quand bon lui semble, les chiens font leurs besoins et débarque quand ils veulent dans le jardin.

Apreciação estadia Villa Moncarapacho

Villa em razoável estado de conservação mas sem preocupações de conforto, nomedamente, camas e sofás. Utensílios e toalhas velhas e danificadas. A limpeza da casa deficitária, assegurada unicamente pelos utilizadores da villa, não existindo uma limpeza mais completa pelo proprietário, entre estadias. Fomos mal informados quanto às condições de utilização da villa nomeadamente, quanto aos horários de entrada e saída, tendo originado situação muito desagradável à saída. Acolhimento e tratamento de hóspedes pouco simpático.
