Enjoy your vacation in a conveniently located Canal Home. In the heart of town center, Short walk to enjoy the restaurants, ice cream, mini golf, and the park! Summer entertainment activities, movies and concert series, hosted at the park, are only a couple of minutes away from the home. Approximately a 8-10 minute short walk to the beach! Swim, kayak, fish, or throw our crab trap right from the private dock!!! Yard games that the whole family will enjoy. Deep water at the dock all year long is perfect for bringing your boat to enjoy with close and easy access to the ICW. This home is fresh, clean and appealing. The perfect place for families!
4 Bedrooms - 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Double, 1 Single, 1 Bunk bed (2 single)
Smart TV's in every room, WiFi/Wireless internet, plenty of parking, hammock, grilling area, outside shower, washer and dryer, crab trap, dock for fishing, swimming or boating.

We had an amazing time! The boys loved the canal where they were able to fish, we were a short walk from the beach, and there was plenty of space for all of us to enjoy! The host was an amazing communicator and OIB is a great beach!

We often vacation at Ocean Isle and this was a guys fishing trip. Everything was very clean and we had no issues whatsoever! The hostess was even proactive in communicating weekend activities on the island prior to our arrival.

This house definitely exceeded our expectations! The outdoor TV was a huge added bonus. The location was perfect. It was a short bike ride down the street to the downtown area. We loved hanging out on the dock. Very clean property and communication with the owner was great! The sound machines in a couple of the bedrooms were a big hit!! We would definitely stay at this property again!

We had a wonderful extended weekend celebrating close friends' wedding. This house was the perfect answer to each of our needs. It was the perfect size for our group and we each really enjoyed hanging out on the upstairs deck and on the dock!!

Beach AND Intracoastal!

We loved being on the intracoastal waterway, and being able to walk to the beach! There was a great spot with hammock and chairs where we could sit and watch the boats go by, and was cool on even the hottest of days. Would definitely go back!

Great property

We had horrible weather over the Memorial Day weekend but the property saved the weekend by giving us plenty of room to spread out and we were close enough to restaurants to not have to go too far in the rain. Definitely hope to come back sometime and enjoy the property and OIB with better weather!

Prime location to take the little ones to the park and the ice cream shop! Perfect if you’re taking the boat down. Easy access to the restaurants on the inter coastal waterway! This is our second time staying at this home and will not be our last! The owners are so sweet and in great communication with you during the process.

Great spot

This property has everything you need! The house was clean and looked just like the listing. It comes with several games, beach toys/chairs and lots of extras. Perfect spot for a vacation with our good friends and their kiddos. Host was great with any questions we had. Would highly recommend and plan to visit again soon!

Wondefful beach home located very convienently to Ocean Isle's surf shops, pier and mini golf. My teens loved walking to businesses on their own. Waking up and drinking coffee on the deck overlooking the canal is what vacation is all about! Public access to the beach was very close. We loved our stay and hope to return next summer.

Adorable beach home in fantastic location!

My family of four enjoyed this house very much. Coffee on the deck overlooking the Intercoastal Waterway was wonderful. The home is bright, cheerful and roomy enough for everyone. My daughters connected hammocks under the deck and enjoyed relaxing in the breeze, watching boats and seagulls go by. The location was wonderfully situated - very convienent to the heart of Ocean Isle.

OIB Summer Concert Series every Friday night at the top of our street. Outdoor movie nights, kids crafts, yoga sessions and MORE are conveniently located at the park and museum at the end of the street. Enjoy the beach and the canal! Quite an experience!
