The New Smyrna Marina was designed for those who love the water. Guests enjoy access to a riverfront pool and spa, a convenient fishing store, and a lively tiki bar with riverfront dining at Outriggers. Watch the boats glide by, feel the breeze off the Intracoastal, and experience a relaxed boating atmosphere that sets the tone for an unforgettable stay.

Unit 19 is a gorgeous three bedroom, two and a half bath townhome beautifully furnished in warm Tommy Bahama inspired decor. Wood floors flow throughout the main level, where you will find a comfortable living room with a large smart TV, a DVD player, and French doors that open to the back patio. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer. The dining room seats four, with additional seating for eight at the kitchen counters, creating the perfect setting for casual meals together. A convenient half bath is also located on this level.

Upstairs, the spacious primary bedroom offers a king bed, TV, walk-in closet, and private bath with a walk-in shower. Step out onto the private balcony and enjoy peaceful views of the pool and marina area. The second bedroom features a queen bed, TV, and a private patio overlooking the marina complex. The third bedroom also features a queen bed, TV, and a walk-in closet. A second full bath with a walk-in shower completes the upstairs layout.

Great stay!

Well appointed property for our long weekend. Fun location, close to the beach with dining options in our backyard! Comfortable bedrooms and enjoyed the porches as well. Would stay again!

Amazing stay at a great location!

We had a great long weekend staying at this property celebrating a birthday and Father's day. The house was big enough for 2 families to share and you can't beat the location. Being steps away from the pool and Outriggers resturant, we were able to enjoy both. The marina was also very helpful and allowed us to reserve boat slips while we were there. We would highly recommend this property without hesitation!

Great location if your bringing a boat

House was great for our family and friends. Pool was clean, the bar and restaurant are just steps from the back door. The best part was the marina. We brought our boat down and we were able to rent a slip for the week so the boat was close to the house. Made for easy use of the boat and it’s a nice marina. Great place to stay.

Beautiful place for an escape

I rented this for a place for me and my out of town guests for my sons wedding. The house was fantastic, with the resturant a few steps away, as well as the pool, it was easy to entertain my grandchildren. The house is immaculate and so beautiful, we all had a great time. Management was responsive with questions and check-in and out was a breeze. Everyone already asked when we could go back for the next visit. Thank you!

Great location, had issues that were generally resolved.

The good stuff: beautiful home with great location. We loved being next to the marina and restaurant (bar). The young adults like running over and getting a drink and bringing it back to enjoy on the back porch. Felt safe with the gated community, restaurants all close, great walking sidewalk and we walked all the way to the beach. The bar was quiet by 10pm. We could hear live music and loved that too. The not-so-good stuff. When we arrived we found dirty food covered silverware that had been placed in the drawers, molded food in the pantry, dirty toaster oven and dirty rugs, refrigerator has a line of mold in it. Outdoor furniture had not been cleaned. Interior pillows have stains on them. The place needs someone to really deep clean it, replace the rugs and pillows. We alerted the property manager but we arrived after hours and spent at least an hour cleaning the kitchen due to one person having food allergies. It was gross even if you don’t have that to deal with. The next morning they offered to have a cleaning crew come in, but it was too late since we did the work. Property Manager was very kind and not defensive. She probably saved yall from a negative review. We did receive a (small) partial refund which was appreciated. We’d stay here again if the cleaning part is tightened up and new pillows/bed coverings are updated.

The home was very beautiful and clean. The location allows you to be close to the restaurants along with a short drive to the beach. It was absolutely perfect for our family vacation!

Great location

We were very happy with this rental. The furnishing we're very nice, the beds were comfortable. We also liked having the restaurant right there...it gave us the feel of being on a resort without the crowd of a resort. The only negative was related to the ticky-tack nature of the rental company...seriously, no dish soap, laundry soap or trash bags provided and ZERO beach gear. I know it's a pain, but at the very least bring your own beach towels or you end up buying them.

Unique experience

We were skeptical about the location of this unit in proximity to the bar and restaurant, but were pleasantly surprised by how well sound-insulated the home was. Even with the live music playing at the restaurant, we could hardly hear it inside. At the same time, it was great being able to hang out on the comfortable back porches (upper and lower), and enjoy the entertainment of the bar and restaurant. We left our boat in a slip during our stay, and enjoyed the convenience of just walking out the back door and hopping in the boat for a spontaneous cruise. We had a wonderful time, and can't wait to come back!

50th birthday celebration

This house was gorgeous everything you need under one roof. As stated in a couple other reviews about this house the refrigerator situation is a little strange but we made it work. The location was great for us enjoyed being near the restaurant and the pool was fabulous.

Fun place!

My husband and I had a great time at this property! The check in place was about 10 minutes away and the refrigerator/freezer drawers were weird and slightly inconvenient, but other than that we had a wonderful stay! This property it right next to the tiki bar and steps away from the pool which makes it the perfect weekend getaway with friends. We also brought our boat and there was room in the marina that we paid to have it docked their over the weekend too which was great. Will definitely be rebooking for next year!

Family Spring Break

Very nice unit. Great property with restaurant/bar next door. TV didn’t work, hot tub and pool were dirty and pool light was laying beside pool with power cord in water. Pickup and drop off of keys a little bit of a hassle.

Disappointing

I was pleasantly surprised at the property when we first arrived. Beautiful condo and more parking than I initially thought there would be. The property was overall clean but it appeared no one had been there for a while. Toilet had small worms, most likely from not being flushed in a long time. The kitchen faucet was loose when we arrived and wouldn’t stand up in place by the end of the trip. There was trash on the balconies from previous occupants. We chose this property for the pool but it was unusable. The pool temp was the same as the hot tub, murky water and no water flow. It appeared the pump was not functioning. On our last night, the AC broke. When we contacted the property manager, we were told they only had one person on call for the holiday weekend, which seemed odd to have so little staff on a busy vacation weekend. The on call contact couldn’t make any decisions and had to contact someone else for approval. The AC repairman didn’t leave until 8pm that evening. Due to the AC failure, it caused a leak in the master bathroom ceiling and one of our guests slipped on the water and injured her leg. When we asked for a later checkout due to the inconvenience, we were told she would have to contact someone else for approval and would get back to us with an answer. No one ever returned our call. I sent a follow up email to the property manager explaining the issues and never received a response. The property would be great but needs to be managed better.
