Welcome to our beautifully appointed home away from home! Our 1st floor condominium is close to shopping, golf, and the beautiful beaches of Ft. Myers, Captiva, and Sanibel Island.

Our comfortable living room furniture will allow you to curl up with a good book or enjoy your favorite show on the 42" flat screen TV. A DVD player and sound system are also included in the living room. The new remodeled kitchen with new appliances is fully furnished, including two bar stools at the snack bar for a casual meal. There is a dining table with four chairs.

All bedrooms are equipped with tv's and ceiling fans.

The master bedroom is an ensuite with a spacious walk in closet.

Enjoy a swim in the heated pool or utilize the community's fitness center.

Great stay

Cute condo, close proximity to beach and Fort Myers. Beds were a little uncomfortable but my back is picky. Overall a great stay.

AWESOME!!

Lisa was a great host, available via text. The condo was perfect in every way, sorry we had to leave. We're months behind having a new house built and her property was perfect for our needs. I'm already missing the pristine pool and beautiful well kept property. Bellamar is great!

Great condo in Iona

The owner was available for questions and help . The condo was comfortable equipped well, and the location was great ! The neighbors were also nice . Great first floor location with easy access to recycling and trash .

The unit was everything we expected and then some.

We enjoyed staying at the condo. The location is close to Fort Myers beach, shopping and restaurants. Bellamar has a heated pool and hot tub that we used often. The unit was clean and comfortable. The owner, Lisa was available by phone and answered any questions quickly. Definitely will stay here again.

My husband and I were born and raised in Central Illinois, and continue to live there raising our children. We lead busy lives, and need to get away to take a break from every day hustle and bustle! We've spent the last 25 years visiting Florida annually. In the last few years, we really fell in love with Ft. Myers, especially in the winter months! We have six daughters and hope they will get as much enjoyment out of our 2nd home as we do.

Why they chose this property

We chose this condo because of it's close proximity to shopping, dining, and the beaches. The community itself is beautifully landscaped and being gated makes us feel safe and worry-free about the safeguard of our property.

What makes this property unique

We love the tile flooring throughout the condo. The open floor plan and bedroom layout works well with having the master bedroom at the other end of the unit. The washer/dryer in the unit is convenient. The screened-in lanai is nice too. The main plus is the ease of being on the 1st floor. The stairs seem to be getting tougher as we get older! The community pool/exercise room is only a 2-3 minute walk away.
