Bay and Beach Views, Sunsets Galore! Elevator, Heated Saltwater Pool
Quintessential beach house! Easy walk to beach 0.2 mile with traffic light on street for safe crossing. Come home to relax in the brand new heated saltwater pool and sit by the gas firepit to enjoy cocktails. Rooftop deck has panoramic views of the bay. Every night it's an amazing sunset event with comfortable lounge chairs and side tables. Spacious deck off of the top floor with Weber grill and view of the bay. House is meticulously maintained with hardwood floors and an elevator for easy up and down with suitcases and provisions. Every bedroom has room darkening shades and open from bottom up and top down to personalize your privacy and lighting needs. All bedding is top of the line and guarantees a great nights sleep. Please note that I do NOT provide sheets & towels.
I highly recommend using LBI DreamMakers to pre order what you need if you do not want to bring your own. Their website is https://www.lbidreammakers.com/ Phone number is 1-908-731-1174. They will deliver your order and pick it up at the end of your stay. Crib is also available in garage but needs assembly if needed. Walk to private Bay Grove Beach, 1 block over on Jeannette Ave. Take the little ones for a swim or launch Kayaks which are available for use with life jackets and trailers in our spacious 2 car garage.
Heated Pool will be closed for the season on 10/14/25.
Enough room for 4 cars to park off street. Beach wagon, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards all available for use. Beach badges included with rental.
