We are back! Maison Gazzine is located in historic Faubourg Marigny Triangle, the residential end of Bourbon Street. Marigny is New Orleans' second oldest neighborhood. Literally, only steps to the French Quarter and two blocks from Frenchman Street, home to some of the city's best live music venues.

Maison Gazzine is very large, offering 1400 sq ft , one bedroom/two bath private guest accommodations with 5 large rooms and a heated pool.

This truly is the BEST LOCATION. Jesse and Jamey are amazing hosts and really go above and beyond to help with anything you need and offer suggestions. We stayed here for our honeymoon and highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a place to stay with close access to the French Quarter and Frenchman St.

Loved this rental! Amazing location, walking distance of everything we wanted to do while in town. The owner was so helpful with suggestions on where to eat and made sure we had everything we needed. Plus ending our days swimming in the pool just capped off our evenings. Highly recommend!

Best Place to Stay in New Orleans!

The location is perfect! Historic house with great back yard/patio and pool. House is furnished very well. Jesse and Jamey were awesome to talk to and cared about our experience. We have found our place to stay in New Orleans going forward for sure.

Great house and great location

We had a good stay and would stay there again. Excellent location for Frenchman Street and Bourbon Street. Jessie and Jamie are very nice and keeps the house clean, with a private pool area out back.

This home is beautifully decorated with elegant tiles, rugs, French doors and a huge kitchen area. Oh! There’s also a lovely pool, perfect after a hard day of touristing. The location can’t be beat. We walked almost everywhere. Jesse and Jamie are wonderful hosts, very attentive. We will be back.

Another wonderful weekend in NOLA

This is our second time staying here during Family Weekend in NOLA and we can't wait to come back next year. The location is great for those wanting to have all the fun of Bourbon Street, but not be right on Bourbon. The house is adorable with every amenity you might want or need and the owners are simply the best.

Charming!

I would definitely stay here again! Perfect set up for 2 adults. The bar across the street was pretty loud Friday night and Saturday night until about 1 or 2am, but we didn't hear it other nights. That just comes with the territory if you want a great location.

Oasis in the thick of things

Hosts are charming, friendly, fun, knowledgeable, and a source of terrific recommendations. The place is exactly what New Orleans should be, and the patio oasis in the back is gorgeous! We lounged poolside enjoying the weather and found ourselves in surprisingly private surroundings: the neighbors are there somewhere, but where? A block from Frenchmen music but somehow quiet, a miracle!

Our stay was excellent, Jesse and Jamey were incredible host! We had to print our tickets out for a concert and when asked if they would be able to do that for us, they gladly, without any hesitation printed our tickets using their personal printer. Perfect hosts and location

The hosts were extremely pleasant and responsive. The house is spacious, and the courtyard is idyllic. If you like music, you cannot beat the location to Frenchmen Street, which is a few minutes away. It is just outside the French Quarter, but you can very easily walk there as well. A nice bakery and fabulous restaurants are also nearby. This was the best VRBO experience I’ve had.
