2 Minutes to Keystone Ski Resort! Cozy, spacious and quiet condo with balcony

Our Lake Haus Condominium is in the heart of Summit County ski country and blessed with abundant summertime outdoor adventures just outside our front door! The Summit County Rec Path is steps away allowing you to bike to Keystone Resort or around Lake Dillon to Frisco, Breckenridge and Vail. Hiking trails abound as well. We are in the Dillon neighborhood of Summit Cove about 70 miles from Denver and conveniently located between Dillon town center and Keystone Resort off Highway 6 and Swan Mountain Road. Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Copper Mountain and Breckenridge Ski Resorts are all within 2 to 20 minutes from the complex. The free Summit Shuttle bus stops150 yards from the condo, transporting to the resorts as well as to Keystone, Dillon, Silverthorne, Frisco, and Breckenridge for dining, shopping and entertainment. From the Condo, you will enjoy views of Buffalo & Red Mountains as well as the Gore Mountain Range and the Continental Divide. Walk across Cove Boulevard to a quaint strip mall to grab a coffee, terrific New York style pizza at Last Chance, a craft brew or dinner at Cala's Irish Pub.

At 1134 square feet of living space, this is one of the larger 2 bedrooms for rent you will find. The split-level floor plan with the 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, also provides privacy and a homey feeling. This is our vacation home, and we furnished it with new, comfortable, and upscale furniture, including a Queen-sized Lazy Boy sleeper sofa, leather recliner and pillow-top Queen-size mattresses. The floor to ceiling stone gas fireplace provides both beauty and warmth.

The kitchen is outfitted with everything you will need for preparing any meal, including a crock pot, blender & hand mixer. We provide, tea, wide variety of spices, laundry detergent, and basic cleaning supplies.

Excellent location and property. Well-equipped condo, very clean and has everything you need (Washer / Dryer, WiFi, Nice kitchen, BBQ Grill on the balcony, and more!). Easy to get in and out of the parking during winter and close to ski resorts. Our family had a great stay!

Very Comfortable and Perfect Location

We really enjoyed our stay. Sharon's condo is very comfortable with nice prints and pictures so it feels relaxing. There is also plenty of furniture and nice dining room table. Keystone is a very short drive and there is a nice bakery and good pizza nearby. We will definitely stay again!

The condo was spacious and comfortable for a family of four on a three week ski vacation. Great location to the Summit Shuttle Free bus to Keystone, Breck and ABasin. The ski locker located next to the parking was great. The kitchen was well stocked. We hope to stay again.

Just what we needed.

If you like to ski or enjoy other snow activities, this place was the perfect location. Down the road from Keystone, a few minutes away to Copper Mountain and more, all via the free bus service which was just a few steps away. Condo was well stocked, warm and comfortable. Netflix was a bonus as well. Water was hot and the fridge was cold. Didn't need anything else. (Last Chance Pizza just down street was excellent!)

Awesome condo to stay at!

My husband and daughter and I came out for a 3 day ski vacation. Location of the condo was great! Everything was close by that we needed...grocery store, restaurants, etc. We skied at Copper with the drive about 20-25 minutes away. The condo was spacious and was super quiet. Never heard any noise or anyone else. Loved having a ski locker at the entrance to the condo. Beds were super comfortable. The condo was also stocked with items that normally aren't available at other VRBO's we have stayed. For instance, spices, condiments, cleaning supplies, paper goods, etc. Would stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Comfortable and Cozy Mountain Stay

We loved this beautiful condo that provided all the amenities to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. It had everything you would want for a long weekend or week long stay. Why they chose this property

We share the love of the West and first fell in love with Summit County during a summer vacation 30 years ago and then returned for many memorable vacations. This is where our heart is and it was an easy choice for our vacation home.

The condo complex is in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. From our unit the mountain views are spectacular with gorgeous sunsets! The building exteriors are beautifully updated with the bonus of a larger balcony.
