French doors lead to a fenced patio area allowing for outdoor BBQ/Dining, Bike Storage and provides a safe setting for pets. .There is Central Air Conditioning. This property is a part of a small condo building, with only six units in all.

This condo lives like a single family home. You can pull your car right up to the front door on Olive Avenue and there is always parking available.
