Our tennis view villa is largest 2 bedroom / 2 bath type condo with washer and dryer inside the villa and full kitchen with granite counter tops! Free Wi-Fi inside the condo!

Condo and Location were wonderful!

The condo was exactly as advertised! It was clean and well-maintained and the location was great. My husband and I and our three kids walked to the beach everyday, swam in all three pools and biked all around Hilton Head. The owner was very helpful in providing all the information we needed and was very easy to communicate with. We highly recommend staying here and enjoying all that Hilton Head has to offer!

Our first trip to HHI!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It has a very comfortable, homey feel and is very tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. It is in the furthest building from the beach, so it was a little bit of a challenge getting our two small kids and all their stuff to the beach, but the golf cart shuttle helped. Definitley wouldn't keep me from staying here again! I highly recommend this property!

The condo was very clean and well equipped

Our experience was great and the property was well maintained. The only improvement would be a new set of pots as they were very wore. The beds were nice and comfortable and the kitchen had all the supplies necessary for cooking meals. The bedroom has some noise from the highway but earplugs helped. The TV screens were all small so one larger screen would be nice. We did have a nice time at beautiful Hilton Head beach and the boardwalk to the beach was well maintained.

Thanks so much for your kind words about the cleanliness of the condo and the comfortable beds. We always sleep like a log in our comfy queen bed and are not bothered by any noise, but suppose a light sleeper may have a different experience. The TV in the living room is 32 in. which is pretty much standard for a rental unit in this price range. Guests often cook meals to save money on eating out, so the pots and pans get a lot of use. It may be time to replace them on our next visit. So glad you had a great experience and appreciate your comments!

Wonderful week

The place was great, spacey, we we're 6, and there was plenty of room. All clean, all the necessary kitchen supplies were present. Delicious coffee was very much appreciated, we got to do many things and the apartment was so convenient. All the difficulties of other places here were solved. My little grandson locked himself out of the bathroom, my husband remembered he saw a key of rooms " in case you get locked out". Solved in a moment. When we had a problem, the owner answered immediately and solved it. It was perfect. We would definitely return. Thank you!

Nice vacation

Very easy booking process and Bill was very quick to respond to emails and very accommodating in getting us a new parking pass when ours blew out our truck window ( Thank you!) Overall this rental was very nice and exactly as pictured. Only complaint is the couch and loveseat are due for an upgrade, they were rather uncomfortable but the beds were great! The resort itself was nice but a lot of rules to follow. We kind of felt like we were constantly being monitored (nothing to do with the particular unit itself but the resort in general). The pool at building 4 was very nice and a short walk to the unit. We'd recommend taking the courtesy ride to the beach or taking the short ride to Folly Field Beach.

We have to deal with not having water from Sunday until Tuesday again. Made me feel like I missed half of my vacation because I didn’t know if I was going to get water back.

So sorry the water heater needed an unexpected repair. Since it was Sunday afternoon, no plumbers were available until Monday morning. We made a reservation for the guests to stay at a local hotel. Once again we are so sorry about the water heater malfunction. . .

Pictures are deceiving!

The unit is very dated. The beds, although there were enough for our family, proved to be very uncomfortable and in need of decent mattresses. Washed the bedding as there were stains on comforters (ugh!). The unit was not as clean as I would have expected(could write your name in the dust). The washer and dryer were a perk to renting this unit and am thankful for them, considering having to wash the bedding. Won't rent this unit again!

Bed comfort can be a personal preference as some like soft mattress and others like firm mattress. Hilton head resort the place to stay

Great property especially at hilton head resort. Few things to keep in mind when staying here. Master bed needs to be replaced, like sleeping in a canoe. There was a light out in the bathroom, hallway and dining room. While there was bulbs to replace they should have been done before arrival. Needs a deep clean. The vents in bathrooms and bedrooms were very dusty. Shower head in master was loose. Sprayed the walls. Again should have been noticed before arrival. Kitchen is well equipped but coffee maker would leak and you had to wait till the coffee was completely done and could not use while brewing. Bunk hed support beams were worn and need to be tighten. Again all minor details but became more noticeable as they kept being noticed. Resort is amazin but i would try another apartment.

Adequate, nothing special

The condo was on the gloomy, dismal side. Window in the living room was small and didn't allow in much sunlight. Blinds could be open and closed but not raised. Weather was chilly and overcast the first several days of our stay and it was depressing to sit in the condo. Nice touch to have toiletries (shampoo, lotion, conditioner and soap) in each bathroom. Bathrooms are small so my husband took one and I took the other since it was just the two of us. Very nice to have a washer and dryer in the condo. Clean for the most part but agree with a previous review that it could use a deep cleaning in corners, walls and woodwork could use cleaned or painted. Bed was soft but we slept well on it. Condo faced the tennis courts which is stated in the description. There were lots of tournaments going on so we could hear the whack of the tennis rackets and the spectators cheering. The complex is set up more like a motel and when we were sitting in the living room or kitchen we could see people walking back and forth in front of the windows going to and from their condos. Host answered questions quickly before we booked, but afterwards sent two emails that were never answered. Traffic could be heard from the bedrooms but didn't interfere with sleep.

Not as clean or well kept as anticipated based on reviews

We booked this knowing the decor was outdated and the couch may be a little worn because of this. Reviews seemed to generally indicate a clean well kept rental so we decided to rent since the updated decor wasn’t important to us, we assumed everything was reasonably functional, and it was slightly cheaper that other rentals available at the time we booked. What we didn’t expect was the smell of the unit. Maybe the old and worn carpet? everything smelled like a dirty gym bag. We also didn’t expect the obvious lack of deeper cleaning on some kind of regular schedule (i.e. dust, dirt, & debris in every location not readily accessible with a vacuum without attachments or moving furniture). When we arrived the unit had been cleaned to some extent but had filth still on toilets and showers. Traveling with a toddler meant we needed the toilet immediately upon arrival and bath/bedtime wasn’t too far away either so we cleaned these and didn’t contact the owner to see when someone else could arrive to do it since we had a tight timeframe and this should have been done properly the first time. Also, asking for better cleaning of the unit as a whole didn’t seem like something we wanted to be a part of on our trip but is something we hope the owner considers for future renters to enjoy. I haven’t had smell issues with other rentals with carpet but maybe they replace carpet or professionally clean them more frequently. Another item that was disappointing was the poor condition of a lot of items. Some examples are there were a lot of lights that flickered, both toilet seats were only partially attached and wouldn’t flush fully unless handle was held down, the hall bath tub would not close to fill for a bath, the dishwasher wasn’t installed level so it opens odd. The couch is beyond reasonable use, is stained, and difficult to sit on since the cushions don’t seem to fit properly and we covered it with the sleeper sofa sheets due to the level of discoloration and staining. A review mentioned traffic noise and this was obvious but didn’t affect our sleep. Some aspects that we liked were, the in unit laundry (although we had to buy different detergent than we brought since it needed to be he type and this would have been nice to know ahead of time), the queen mattress we used was reasonably comfortable, initial items were provided such as TP, paper towels, toiletries, etc., the table and chairs on the front porch area were nice to sit in, keyless entry.

Thanks so much for your feedback. Happy to report that a new sleeper sofa and love seat we purchased last month are being delivered next week! Sure wish you would have called us so we could have immediately contacted the cleaning co. owner and had them back to clean to your satisfaction. Likewise, had you notified us we could have had our handy man come and and fix any maintenance issues ( all fixed on 9/23 in 10 min). We've never had a comment about any smell in the condo and we will certainly check on this and take any corrective action. No other recent guests mentioned any smell and having recently inspected the condo when new living set delivered on 9/23 there was no smell detected. Glad you found the queen bed comfortable and liked having washer/dryer inside the condo. Once again, thanks so much for your feedback.

Wonderful week at the beach!!

Our family enjoyed staying in this clean, well stocked condo for a week! The kitchen was well stocked and everything functioned really well and we cooked almost every day. The space was large enough for our family of 5 not to be on top of each other. The location was great - close to the beach, bike trails right outside the entrance, short drive to restaurants, shopping and putt putt golf. I wish the resort had a better gym but the hot tub and sauna were a nice bonus! We would definitely stay here again.

The condo unit is in a great location. Good amenities and space for the price. Well kept property and recreational areas: Bicycle rental on site, multiple pools, 7 min walk to the ocean, shuttle to beach was convenient. Needed paved walkways for my mom who uses a walker, this resort worked out great for us.
