Great resort, friendly people

This park is located right on the Gulf with its own marina and small convenience store. Private Beach across the road on Atlantic side. Lots of activities and games daily. Folks are very friendly, pool was great

there isn’t enough hot water to shower and the rooms are dirty. the kitchen has cockroaches and is in need of a redo. the golf cart is rusted out and the outdoor space is horrible. the place is a dump

Review

Ceilings are super low in some parts of the trailer, busted my head frequently. Very little hot water, rarely enough for one shower. Some giant, thumb sized, roaches visiting occasionally...killed at least 6. The low ceilings and the uncleanliness were the most noted. The people and the resort were super helpful and friendly. Wish the pics were better to depict the space.

Great resort, small house

Outdoor Resorts has a good pool and a great beach. It is rather isolated. The owner is nice, the house is small.

We were very pleased with our rental. The community was excellent, friendly faces all around. The unit was clean and well-stocked. The renter was extremely helpful and accomodated us well. We were able to take advantage of the recreational resources and had a fabulous time! We will definitely consider revisiting here!

Great Vacation Great Price

We had a really nice time at this property. It is a great place for a group of four. Its located in a nice little community where everyone drives around on golf carts and chit chats all day. There is a swimming pool, store, laundry and a dock where we did a lot of fishing. All in all we really enjoyed ourselves here.

Our grandparents purchased this home as a second home and fishing haven. Direct open ocean access, amazing fishing and diving only minutes away. Resort has all the amenities you need.

Why they chose this property

Incredible location middle keys and minutes away from Marathon. The closed community is safe for children and pets alike, everyone is very friendly and the use of golf carts when on premises is very convenient.

What makes this property unique

Marina, boat ramp, fuel station and overnight docks, private beach are all on-site. In addtion to many weekly events and billiards, pool, sauna tennis and shuffleboard will keep you busy when not fishing.
