Everything was satisfactory. The only complaint I have was the excessive use of plug-ins. The smell was overwhelming when I arrived. Fortunately since it was not hot I could open doors to air out. The bathroom in the kingsized bedroom had a sewage odor.

Trip to visit son at Coastal

My husband and I and our older son stayed in this Brighton unit , we came to visit our other son at Coastal University. It is such a beautiful condo , so clean , spacious . The balconies are just amazing. Facing the water and views of the Embassy pools and Black drum. Perfect location for everything. We love the Kingston Plantation. Krogers grocery store close by , many restaurants!! Would be amazing if the condo was updated just a bit , but overall it was a perfect place to stay. Only 20 min from the college. Thank you so much !!

We've visited at least 15 times over the last 10 years and this condo was the best one yet. The view is spectacular and the space was perfect for my family. We all had our own little worlds to live in. Kitchen is very well equipped with everything you'll need. We were there for Thanksgiving and made a large spread just like at home. Can't wait to get back to 1909 in April!

Great location and very roomy

We had 2 adults and 4 teenagers. This place fit us perfectly. The common area was large enough to have other friends over, and the balconies were perfect for sunrise and sunset. Our only wish was to be stocked with dishwashing tabs to run the dishwasher, and maybe a few beach chairs but that was a minor miss. Pool was "okay", but we were really there for the beach.
