Master bedroom has a King Size Bed, TV and attached master bath. 2nd Bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, TV & a second bath. The leather couch in the living room has a queen size hide- a -bed. The condo sleeps 6. Gorgeous stone fireplace, granite counter tops, wood floors, stainless steel appliances and comfy living furnishings. Nice patio furniture & grill.
Enjoy the fun just footsteps away with Bracco grill and the WATERFRONT restaurants. The 20,000 Sq ft. Indoor/outdoor Waterpark and heated lagoon style outdoor pool with swim-up bar are just steps from the condo. This Condo rental includes six daily passes to the water park, use of the fitness area, arcade, and play ground/ basketball area. At the condo You will find yourself relaxed as you watch all the lake action and the sunsets from the privacy of this beautiful deck. There is a smaller condo pool next to this condo building too. Absolutely No smoking, & No Pets!

What makes this property unique

We purchased this CONDO BECAUSE IT IS LAKEFRONT, but also with the idea that you would always have something to do at the lake~ whether the weather was cool, rainy or hot and sunny. The Bridges Bay Resort amenities are enticing with the waterpark, pools, restaurants, workout facility, etc. The condo is conveniently located near Arnold's Park and all of the fun attractions offered here at Okoboji.
