The space
Bedroom:
Very comfortable king size bed, blackout Hunter Douglas shades, large dresser, 2 nightstands w/alarm clocks & charging cables (multiple sources), A/C, 4 speed ceiling fan, two closets w/plenty of storage space including a programmable safe, & washer/dryer conveniently located in its own closet. Bedroom also has en-suite spa-like bathroom with a walk-in shower (multiple water sources). Right out of your bed is a beautiful covered terrace w/sweeping views of the bay & direct access to the private dipping pool. Downtown city views are great too, allowing you to watch the periodic firework displays.

Guest Bath: Walk-in shower with ocean view.

Kitchen & Living/Dining Areas:
Open concept living at its best! The kitchen is open to the modern & comfortable living room w/a large flat-screen TV connected to AppleTV. Access all of your favorite shows & movies by signing into your preferred streaming network (Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, Sling, Etc). Also provided is a Bose bluetooth speaker you can pair your phone to & listen to your music throughout the condo. A/C & Blackout Hunter Douglas shades to keep condo cool. The glass wall collapses & opens up to a large covered terrace w/a dining table & four chairs. The well equipped kitchen offers a large island w/granite counters & barstool seating. Appliances: coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishwasher, microwave/convection oven combo, separate gas oven, 5 burner cook top, garbage disposal, & refrigerator/freezer w/water purification system & ice dispenser. Kitchen stocked with plenty of dishes, pots/pans, utensils, & more.

Dipping Pool:
The dipping pool is kept at a cool yet comfortable temperature during the day by the sun. It is not heated.

The Building:
The building is a modern, sleek contemporary design with only 21 units. Positioned on the West side of the highway with direct access to Amapas street. The building has an elevator, gym, infinity roof top pool w/ amazing views of the bay & roof top amenity area.

The building has 2 keyed entries. The main one is in the front off the main road which is easiest to access by car. This is where you should meet our property manager upon arrival. The Amapas street entry allows quick access to the beach (look for stairs across the street from entry door) & a nice walk along the cobblestone street into town. The 2 entries are on different levels because the apartment is built into a mountain side. There is elevator access from both entries and the elevator goes all the way up to the rooftop pool area.

Guest access:
Guests will have access to the entire unit as well as the gym, roof top pool, lounge & gas BBQ. The Pool hours are 8am-10pm Sunday-Friday and 8am-Midnight on Saturdays. The gym hours are 5am-11pm everyday.

Other things to note:
Potential for Noise: Music from the beach & the new Almar Rooftop Bar/Restaurant can be heard in the afternoon & into the evening. There is also some construction nearby & throughout the city. If this becomes an issue, you can close the double glass windows to provide a sound barrier. The Almar Resort has a rooftop bar/restaurant that often has events that you can hear/see from the unit. These usually end around midnight. Closing the windows & blackout shades will block a lot of the noise/light, but not all of it. Keep in mind that PV is a fast growing city & people come here from all over the world to have fun & relax. If you are looking for total peace & quiet at all times of the day & night, you may want to book a place outside of the city where there is no construction & nightlife.
