We liked the location of the property as it was very convenient being in the ski village (even though it was summer). The underground parking was an additional highlight and easy to access. The views from the property were very good and enjoyable, especially coming from the AZ desert. The covered patio was unusable during our two week stay due to the hundreds of tall weeds growing between the pavers. We immediately complained about the weeds to management but no resolution was provided during our entire 15 day stay. Also, we were disappointed with the property in that it did not live up to its billing as a "Luxury Condo." While the unit itself was pleasant, the furnishings were old, lower quality, well worn, with stains and tears on all the upholstered furniture, amongst other issues.

Perfect Location for a Week in Winter Park

Our family of four had a great time at Winter Park. The condo is in a great location, just across the street from the base. Parking was easy, and we drove into Fraser for dinner a couple nights. It has a patio/seating area, too which was a bonus to enjoy the views!

Short walk across the street to slopes and village was very convenient. Condo complex was wonderful! Very comfortable. Easy access to ski lockers included. Great location!!

Great times at Winter Park!

Had a wonderful before Christmas ski trip to Winter Park. The accommodations exceeded every expectation we had! Our condo was well-equipped with all necessities and was conveniently located on the 3rd floor (corner unit) with easy access to the hot tub. We were also directly across the street from the gondola and using the provided red wagons made it easy for our family of 5 to transport our ski gear each day. Highly recommended and we'll be back!

Location and hot tub

I love the close to the slopes. It is very easy walk. Also love the huge hot tub right out the back door. If it are family of five perfectly. We hope to come back next year. The only small improvement would be it needs a nonstick skillet. Otherwise, the kitchen is well stocked. Thank you.

Great experience

The condo was a great set up with 2 bedrooms/baths. Our unit was the farthest from the elevator, but otherwise a good location on the 3rd floor, convenient to run to the hot tub. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking (bring your own storage containers if you'll have leftovers). The gas fireplace was nice. It would have been better for our group if there were blackout curtains and softer beds. Overall, it's a great location to the slopes and quality accommodations.

We were delighted with Founders Pointe Condo #4375. Meticulously clean and well decorated. Well stocked - more than enough paper towels, toilet paper, soap, dishwasher detergent, etc. We also very much appreciated the basic condiments - salt and pepper, spray oil, etc. Super convenient to the village and the gondola - which was great. Wagons available to easily bring skiis and boots across the street. Hot tub was perfect!

Easy walk to the gondola.

The condo was perfect for 4 adults wanting to ski. The location was good and was only a 5-10 minute walk to the gondola. Had views of the mountain from living room. Condo was clean and comfortable. This is a middle of the road condo, not luxurious but not definitely not on the low end. Great if your looking to come to Winter Park to ski or hike.

Spring Break

All was good with the exception that we were not informed that the hot tub was not going to be accessible. Also, the washing machine was broken in the unit. Other than that it was great location and comfortable stay.
