The Casa is located in the beautiful and secluded area known as Litibu. A 45 minute drive north of the Puerto Vallarta International Airport, Litibu is just past Punta de Mita in Riviera Nayarit ~ Mexico’s emerging ‘Gold Coast’.

Casa Dos Palmas is nestled in a sloping forest with an exceptional view of the ocean in an enclave of fine homes. Litibu beach is adjacent to the quaint village of Higera Blanca. A fifteen minute drive further north takes you to Sayulita. There, you will find a growing surfing destination with diverse restaurants, shops and beach activities.

Approaching Punta de Mita which is at the Northwest end of Bahia de Banderas, you pass the stunning La Cruz marina, the Destiladaras Beach, the St. Regis & Four Seasons resort compound. Once in nearby Punta de Mita, you have a variety of offerings. Among them are the very popular and diverse ‘restaurant row’, stores and of course beach and ocean excursion options.

One kilometer north of Punta de Mita towards Litibu, you pass the fully operational ocean front Litibu Golf course designed by Gregg Norman.

Casa Dos Palmas in Litibu is designed as a private ‘mini-resort’ that gets its name due to the unique floorplan. The Casa is built around two 60 foot palm trees that soar through the middle of the property and has an atrium on every level so the site of the majestic trees can be enjoyed from anywhere!

Dramatic entry into the stair tower provides access to the first level suites, utility and laundry and stairs to the pool deck level, bathroom, and maid's quarters.

The sky deck of 1,136 square feet has the two giant palm trees extending upward through the deck from the atrium below. A huge Higuera tree provides a lush canopy over the deck area.

The magnificent ocean views surrounded by the palm jungle makes the deck an entertainment center for large gatherings or the privacy of small groups. The sounds are the wind and ocean plus your selected music.

From the entry hall and up the stairs is the private pool deck and heated infinity salt water pool. The pool water surface blends with the ocean and sky and is for the private use of the first and second floor suites.

The stair tower protects the pool from the jungle background with sun orientation plus shaded areas on the deck.

Pool and sun deck has the convenience of a bathroom and shower along with a mini refrigerator.
