Enjoy a walk on the uncrowded beaches, and be sure to watch for whales, sea lions, pelicans and other sea birds as you stroll. Our modern remodeled home welcomes you with gentle ocean breezes, soft coastal decor, family friendly layout and comfortable beds. Easy access on the second level, no stairs to climb & even easier access to the beach! Cal King in master, Queen in second, and Bunk Bed trundle in third guest bedroom. Just steps to the sand. Facing Santa Cruz- our condo gives amazing sunset views. Our home is professional managed by a property management company - Professionally Sanitized Vacation Home with On Site care.

Relax in this 1,350 sq. ft. home with a very spacious living room with huge, comfortable sofas. New 46" Smart flat screen TV, cable service, books and wifi all provided. Stream your favorite shows from Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Max, Disney and more!

Our home is family friendly, offering 2 passes to the Monterey Bay Aquarium! We have a portacrib with sheet sets, booster seat, toddler cups and dishes, sand toys with tote bags for beach use, boogie boards, indoor toys, books and a lot of DVDs for kids (for toddlers as well as the usual Disney fare), and an outlet safety kit (to protect outlets from little hands).

The master bedroom has a lovely California King sized bed. The 2nd bedroom offers a Queen bed, and the 3rd room has a Bunk bed Trundle available. The bunk bed has a queen size bed, with a twin on top, and a twin trundle.

The kitchen is fully equipped - we'll be done remodeling the kitchen in April 2024! Beautiful windows surround your glass dining table with natural light and great views. At home, you can BBQ on the deck, enjoy a warm fire in the fireplace with your favorite movie after the glorious sunset. We remodeled both bathrooms in 2021 and they are clean, bright and beautiful!

We cannot wait to share our home with you to enjoy our Pajaro Dunes beach paradise!

Return furniture to its original position. Close all window coverings. Turn off all appliances and heaters. After loading the dishwasher, please do not leave any dishes behind in the sink.
Remove all recycling from home to outside bins
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We had a great stay at the Pajaro Dunes. It was everything we hoped it would be. The staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The condo was clean. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. We definitely enjoyed our time there. One of the rooms didn’t heat well, but we were better prepared with blankets for the following nights.

Pajaro Dunes is a well run resort so any stay in the resort has a lot of back up support, even if chosen through VRBO. The amenities were in fine condition. There was a bit of a problem that got resolved with care.

This property was perfect for our girl trip! Very comfortable seating, nice beds, and clean. The only complaint I'd have is there was no salt & pepper. Probably just an oversight because everything else was top notch.

Family Weekend

This was a great midway spot between Monterey and Santa Cruz. We spent the weekend with our grown kids and loved the space. Our only complaint (take with a grain of sand) was the paper-thin walls and ceilings. This is to be expected in a building as old as this but it wasn't terrible and all the units around us were quiet by 9. The location and accessibility to the beach access was perfect! We are already discussing our next trip!

Great Beach Condo

Our stay was lovely, the beach is just steps away. I The condo was very nice, clean, great flow. Beds where very comfy, bathrooms are updated. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, cookware, plates, glassware etc. Great get away.

We have stayed in Pajaro Dunes several times now. The place we stayed in was spacious. There were games and puzzles for the kids. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed the fireplace at night since it was a bit chilly at night. We had a great time here.

Ocean Vacation

This was perfect for our family. We loved the accommodations and the beach was amazing! Beach comb, fish, walk, relax, build sand castles and play a little in the water. You can also have a fire in one of the firpits on the beach and enjoy some s'mores together. We had a great time making priceless memories.

Short walk to long clean beach

Layout of condo was great for my family. They boys LOVED the bunk beds and we all loved the proximity to the sand. Kids found fresh oysters a short drive away. What’s not to like?
