Perched atop one of the highest dunes in Beachwalk Resort, directly across from Sheridan Beach, this spacious lake retreat delivers panoramic Lake Michigan views, unforgettable sunsets, and plenty of room for your entire crew. Whether you're gathering for a family reunion, a multi-family vacation, or a weekend with friends, this is the one where everyone actually wants to stay.

Under new ownership as of Summer 2026, the home now features fiber internet and a Tesla EV charger, making your stay even more comfortable and connected.

The Space

After a day at the beach, rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower before heading inside to the bright, fully equipped kitchen, the heart of the home. The open layout flows effortlessly into the spacious dining area, where a large oak table invites everyone to gather for meals, laughter, and the stories you'll still be telling long after checkout.

The adjoining living room offers plenty of comfortable seating for movie nights, board games, or simply relaxing together after a day in the sun. A convenient half bath is located just off the kitchen.

Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails on the screened porch, or head upstairs to the second-floor deck, where an oversized hammock, cool lake breezes, and sweeping views create the perfect place to slow down. Connected directly to the primary suite, it's easy to sneak away for a little quiet time.

The spacious primary suite also features a king bed, cozy sitting area with a fireplace, day bed with a trundle, private deck access, and an ensuite bathroom.

Downstairs, the lower level offers an additional gathering space complete with a foosball table, game table, full bathroom with a whirlpool tub, and a laundry/mudroom with direct access to the parking area.

The top-floor loft is always a hit with kids, cousins, and groups of friends, comfortably sleeping up to 10 guests in one fun, flexible space.
