Chateau Acadian 101 is a very spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath townhouse near Lake Dillon and Keystone Resort. Updated beds, linen, fixtures, baths, kitchen and flooring. Large windows with mountain views. Sleeps 10. A fun kid property with pack n play and high chair. Complex has lots to explore and extensive grounds with wood boardwalks and fun nooks and crannies. Vaulted ceilings, slate and hardwood floors, slab granite counter-tops. Free WiFi. Flatscreen with Roku in large living room with new furniture, large stone wood fireplace and wet bar. Stainless steel appliances in the fully equipped kitchen with drip coffee maker. Dining table seats 8. Full size washer and dryer in unit for convenience. Private deck with dining table for 4, side table for 2 and two Adirondack chairs.

The recreation path is just out the door. Walk or bike to Lake Dillon, bike to Keystone, the Town of Dillon or all of the towns and resorts in Summit County. Fish at the Snake River Inlet to Lake Dillon which is nearby -- a very popular fly and lure fishing area. Enjoy festivals, concerts and events in Dillon or Keystone -- both less than 5 minutes away. Walk to the Cala Inn, Last Chance Pizza, The Pour House coffee, The Bottle Shop wine and liquor, Little Flower Shop and Cove Bike and Ski. Just a 5-7 minute drive to City Market, REI, The Coffee Lab, True Blue Coffee, Christy Sports, Sun and Ski Sports, Pioneer Sports, cinema, restaurants, brewpubs and the Silverthorne Factory Outlets. Exactly what we needed

The location was great, and the home was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, but did not have any cooking staples. It would be really nice to have salt, pepper, cooking oil, sugar, etc. I would also recommend some towels specifically for the hot tub. Those are small complaints, and we were able to adapt. Overall, it was a great place, and we look forward to staying there in the future.

Nice spacious property but…….

First let’s address pickup and drop off of key. The location for this is not at the property but a few miles away. Other properties we have rented have digital locks so there is no need to go elsewhere to pick up a key. This property was very spacious and rustic. However there are many levels with lots of steps which may not be suitable for seniors. Not sure this was made obvious in the pics of the property on VRBO. Our main complaint is cleanliness. Especially in this time of COVID! The price for cleaning was expensive and with that price we expect more. We think there was surface cleaning of counter tops and some parts of kitchen and bathrooms. However this property needs a professional deep clean. The floors are lovely but are not very clean, I know this because I wiped up a couple of areas with small water spills and the antiseptic wipes were very dirty . Also as I noted there were lots of stairs and thus stair rails. I wiped down each one upon arrival and the wipes were very, very dirty, almost black. The base boards and the tile tops were very dirty. The bathroom rug in the master bath looked very dirty. Why have it there, just put the kind of white bath mats that are easy to launder in each bathroom and do away with other bath mats. I would say the same for the bedroom covers. Use white duvets and comforters that can be laundered after guest. What you have may have been laundered but not sure of that. This could really be a fantastic property to rent but they need to make some changes,

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I loved this place. Lots of room for everyone, privacy, great views, clean. We had so much fun watching the sunsets on the deck, grilling dinner with a drink in hand!We had 3 cars, so that was a problem as there is tandem parking for 2, and we had to park the 3rd car way far away in Dillon. But otherwise - perfection!

Great place

We had two families staying here with a total of 9 people. The rooms were comfortable and everyone fit well. We loved the fact that there were 3 King sized beds! Everything was clean and as expected. The supplied firewood was appreciated! I gave the location and neighborhood only 4 stars. This is just because we were hoping to Uber to and from the Keystone ski lifts. Unfortunately Uber isn't very popular in the area and the transportation companies were hard to get on the schedule. But the neighborhood is nice. The kids enjoyed playing in the snow out front and going to the hot tub. Thanks for having us.
